ParticipantHi,ย luansworld. Excellent question!
I’m so sorry that your tickets email ended up in the spam folder. That sounds really frustrating!
Unfortunately, we don’t have much in the way of control of various email programs’ spam filtering. I would suggest that you encourage users to add your email address to their address books. That tends to get the emails whitelisted.
Let us know if you find a solution that works well for you!

ParticipantHi,ย luansworld! ๐ That’s great to hear that the video helped you.
I’m so glad you like the forum. I believe that it’s significantly customized, so I’m afraid that I can’t give you a quick idea on how to transfer that to your site. ๐ I wish I could!
For the quantity of tickets allowed to purchase at any one time, I don’t believe that there is anything built into WooCommerce by default. It’s possible you could try another plugin to help add that functionality. Here’s one that came up on a quick search. It might also be worth searching the WooCommerce forums for more ideas.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
