ParticipantHi, Thomas. Please note that the post you’re referencing is two years old this month.
While, at this point,ย that’s broadly still accurate, please note we currently have an issue pending work because our microformat implementation needs more tweaking in version 3.x. Even so, as Rob stated in the same reply, there’s nothing you can do in the markup to guarantee yourself a top spot on the Google search rankings.
Also, so you know, when we’ve updated our microformat implementation, you’ll see a remark about it in our release notes.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantHi, John. Great question! ๐
The WooCommerce Tickets add-on basically piggy-backs on the existing WooCommerce infrastructure, so most of the add-ons that are specifically related to the checkout process do work with it.
Unfortunately, I don’t have experience with that particular plugin, so I can’t guarantee anything. Would this be something where you could try it out and if it didn’t work, we could offer you a refund?
Thanks for getting in touch!
February 14, 2014 at 2:28 pm in reply to: Is there any way to show an "attendees" list on the event? #104664Kelly
ParticipantHi, ironandsteel. Great question! ๐
What this basically comes down to is that WooCommerce Tickets is designed as aย is a straightforward ticketing solution and not a comprehensive event management tool. We are considering adding various features that will enhance this sort of functionality, but at this point, you’re better off crafting a personalized solution that fits your needs.
As always, we’re very grateful for your feature suggestions on our UserVoice page. New features are prioritized based on the response they receive from the community there.

ParticipantThat’s certainly true, veruska. Unfortunately, it’s a limitation of the masonry format (which many users find visually compelling. I think if the images as different enough sizes, it’s less confusing. The issue come when they’re very close to the same size.
I’m going to close this thread for now, but please feel free to start a new one if any other questions or issues come up! ๐
Kelly
ParticipantSo glad to hear it,ย proimpact! ๐ Thanks very much for letting us know.
Also, for reference, the tickets are set as hidden in WooCommerce by default, so they aren’t cluttering up your normal storefront. You can change the setting on the WooCommerce product page for the ticket.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we will love it if you would write a few words for us here:

ParticipantActually, adlindberg, upon further reflection, maybe I do have something to suggest for you, assuming you feel up to customizing this on your own.
Providing you have a good working knowledge of WP Query, please take a look at this in our documentation. You should be able to hook into ย the ‘tribe_events_query_posts_orderby’ filter and do what you want with the sorting.
If this isn’t something you feel comfortable tweaking on your own, that should be enough for a third-party dev to quickly get you sorted.
Hope that helps! ๐

ParticipantHi, Thomas. Great question! ๐
Admittedly, this is a bit outside the scope of support that we can provide here on the forums. If it’s something that you think we should consider adding for a future release, we’d be grateful if you would suggest it as a feature inย our User Voice forum. That way we can gauge interest among the community as a whole.
Best of luck!

ParticipantHi, adlindberg. Great question! ๐
Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a way to change the event sort order for the blog loop. If that’s a setting you’d like to see , we’d be grateful if you’d suggest it on our UserVoice forum.
Sorry that I don’t have a more immediate solution for you!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Mike. Great question! ๐
It’s possible to do this with WooCommerce Tickets using some customization through the WooCOmmerce checkout process, but honestly, it might be simpler to make it happen using Eventbrite Tickets for the ticketing solution. Would you consider that?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, veruska. Great question! ๐
What you’re seeing appears to be correct, but it’s a little confusing because you’re notice that May is slightly higher than June, but to the right-hand side because the featured image for April is shorter than the others in the top row. Assuming all the featured images were the same height, they should display in a more intuitive order.
Does that help?
