ParticipantHi, Dimitri. Thanks for getting in touch about your issue.
Would you mind posting the code you’re using so that I can troubleshoot that? Once I have that to look at, we can take it from there.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, cbriese. Thanks for getting in touch about your issue.
The author box that you’re seeing is not a part of The Events Calendar, so it’s unlikely you’ll find a way to turn it off in our settings. From the looks of it, your theme may be adding that data to custom post types (which is what the events are).
We know that some Genesis users have issues with integration. Have you had a chance to test with default Twenty Twelve or Twenty Thirteen? If so, did you see the same behavior there?

ParticipantHi, gurban308. I’m sorry to hear you’re seeing this issue.
Unfortunately, I’m not able to navigate to any pages on your site. Is it currently live?
Also, do you still see this same behavior in default Twenty Twelve?

ParticipantHi, pdelite. Thanks for the update. As you may have found, we’ve had lots of reports of the 404s for days with no events scheduled. We’re working on resolving that in an upcoming production release. I’m very glad to hear that you’ve been able to find a workaround.
It sounds like there are a couple issues at play: 1) a known issue on our end with our plugin that we’re working on and 2) we have had reports that the plugin doesn’t integrate properly with Yoast’s SEO plugin.
Thanks for letting us know about your interim solution. We’ve definitely got a fix in the works for the first, so are you good until we can get that out in a forthcoming release?

ParticipantHi, irenicon. Thanks for getting in touch about what is a truly vexing issue.
Basically, there was an Eventbrite API update that we need to accommodate in our code. This should be fixed shortly in a forthcoming production release of our add-on. Is this something that you can wait for until then?

ParticipantHi, Philippe. Thanks for getting in touch.
This all sounds like great functionality. Are you thinking of including those in Advanced Post Manager?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, stevenmilstein. I’m sorry that snippet isn’t working for you. Our testing has found this successful.
Please confirm that the snippet you’re using is exactly what is shown in this post: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/ticket-information-box/#post-63166. I notice that there are differences between the two, so that might be the problem.
Did you have a chance to test in default Twenty Twelve? What behavior are you seeing there?
