ParticipantHi, zobel. Unfortunately, we don’t have a tutorial for modifying user roles, and it’s a bit outside of our support purview.
If the document that I shared with you is insufficient for you to get it working, perhaps you could investigate using a third-party role manager? That might be the simplest solution for you.

ParticipantHi, zobel. It’s important that the files are placed in the correct folder structure in your child theme. Please follow the instructions in the Themer’s Guide to ensure that they’re going to successfully override the default files.
I’m sorry, but I’m unclear on what the issue is with ticket sending, would you mind describing the behavior so that I can try to replicate it? Thanks!

ParticipantHi, shimatorabi. Since it’s been two weeks since your last post, I’m going to close this thread. Please feel free to start a new topic if you’d like more help with this in the future.

ParticipantHi, figcreative. When a ticket is created, its visibility it set to “Hidden” by default. For it to show up in the Shop, you’ll need to change the visibility. There is a more complete discussion in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/tickets-not-showing-up-under-tickets-category-on-shop-page/#post-51107
In the future, please create a new topic for your questions so that we can make sure to resolve your issue to your satisfaction before closing the thread. Thanks!

ParticipantHi, noornashriq. It sounds like you were able to resolve your own isse. Well done troubleshooting this on your own.
I’m going to close this thread, but please start a new topic if anything else comes up. Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, Stephen. This is definitely the right place. Sorry for the delay in response.
It looks like we won’t be able to get you an answer today, but we’ll be back in touch on Monday. Thank you for your patience!

ParticipantHi, dmuuc. You’ve come to the right place! The forum is definitely where we can help you through these kinds of customizations.
First, please take a look at the Themer’s Guide, linked at right under “Useful Resources”. That should get you pointed in the right direction. After that, we’re happy to help with specific questions.

ParticipantHi, gfwebsoft. Thanks for reaching out about this.
In your situation, please go ahead and use the premium add-on without a license key inputted on the localhost site. It should still function normally, but be advised that you will not be notified of updates and such, and will have to complete those by hand.

ParticipantHi, uxicorp. This sounds like a really cool feature to have, but it’s not implemented at the moment.
Please feel free to suggest it in the User Voice Forum: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas. We prioritize new features based on the response they receive there.

ParticipantHi, cforge. Sorry for the delayed response.
I haven’t been able to get confirmation from our developers yet, and I was hoping to do so before I responded. It is definitely on our radar, but I can’t be certain about the timing of a fix in production without hearing back from them.
Thanks for your patience, cforge. I’ll update this ticket when I do hear back.
September 6, 2013 at 5:01 pm in reply to: Why do my breadcrumbs to event show "Tribe_events" instead of the category? #64982Kelly
ParticipantHi, cforge. I’m guessing that you’re seeing is a result of something your theme is doing, but without looking at the theme’s files, it’s hard to say exactly what.
Is it possible that it’s doing that because it’s seeing the folder name “tribe-events” in your hierarchy? If you would like to share your theme with us, we can try to take a look and see if there’s something we can suggest, but I can’t make any promises.
Thanks!
September 6, 2013 at 4:46 pm in reply to: Utilize Regular Categories instead of Event Categories? #64977Kelly
ParticipantHi, uxicorp. Thanks for reaching out about this.
Unfortunately, our categories are completely separate from the WordPress categories. The events themselves are just custom post types, and the event categories are a custom taxonomy we created to support them.
Could perhaps tags work instead? Unlike event categories, our plugin’s tagging is just reliant on WordPress’s general tagging structure. So, that might be the easiest way to work through this.
Hope that helps!
