Tickets in Shop Page

    Hi, I have both woo-commerce and woo tickets installed on my site. I want to be able to show products in the shop page, and create a separate page for tickets. I don’t want products and tickets to be mixed. How can I do this?

    Hi, shimatorabi. Thanks for getting in touch with us about making this configuration change on your site. We’re happy to help you work through it.

    By defaults, we hide all the tickets from the WooCommmerce shop. For them to display, you’ll need to change the catalog visibility setting so they aren’t hidden, otherwise your tickets category will show as empty.

    Then, you can configure a category page for them within WooCommmerce.

    Let me know how that works for you. If anything’s confusing, it would be great if you could link to screenshots of what’s not working the way you’d like.

    I have the same issue which is seems you didn’t address. By default, individual tickets ARE displaying on the shop page. I don’t see anywhere to turn this on or off with the latest version of WooCommerce and Tickets. Please help.

    I want to display tickets in the shop. How do I change catalog visibility as described above?

    Hi, figcreative. When a ticket is created, its visibility it set to “Hidden” by default. For it to show up in the Shop, you’ll need to change the visibility.
