ParticipantHi, stevenmilstein. Thanks for following up.
It looks like there may be an extra equals sign in the code after “false”. Have you tried using only 2 instead of 3?
Thank you for continuing to troubleshoot this with us!

ParticipantHi, Paras. Welcome to the Events Calendar community!
First, please make sure that you also have at least the free version of The Events Calendar installed and activated. You’ll need that to make the Eventbrite Tickets add-on work.
Then, I’d recommend checking out our New User Primer: https://theeventscalendar.com/new-user-primers/. You’ll probably also want to check out the specific page for Eventbrite Tickets: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/eventbrite-tickets-new-user-primer/.
Hopefully that will be what the doctor ordered to get you up and running. After you’ve had a chance to work through those, let us know if you have any other questions.

ParticipantThanks for confirming, metrosonic! I appreciate the feedback.
We expect to have a fix for this in an upcoming release, so if you sit tight, you should be able to before too long. We’ll make a note of bugs that were addressed in the Release Notes, so if you keep your eye out for it there, you should be able to tell when you can go back to that behavior.
Thanks for being TEC users!

ParticipantHi, Renee. Thanks for contacting us about your customization.
Unfortunately, this is not our area of expertise. The WooCommerce Tickets plugin allows integration between The Events Calendar and WooCommerce. Whatever options are available to you in the WooCommerce checkout should also be available for the event tickets you create.
That said, we do know that in the past people have had success with a third-party plugin that provides similar functionality. See this thread for details: https://tri.be/support/forums/topic/adding-extra-names-when-multiple-tickets-are-purchased/#post-46080
If you do decide to investigate it, please understand that we can’t offer support for it directly; you would need to work with that developer. Also, it was written for an older version of our plugin, so it may fail in unpredictable ways if it hasn’t been updated.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantHi, Mark. That does sound frustrating.
Lately, we’ve seen a number of issues coming up with NextGEN conflicting. Is it possible that you have that installed?
Otherwise, it would be helpful if you would give us a list of the installed versions of WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, and WooCommerce Tickets, as well as the name of your theme. Also, it can sometimes be helpful to know who your hosting provider is.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, mbcase. I’m going to be moving your post to the PRO forum since this is more of a general calendar query.
Have you had a chance to check out our Themer’s Guide, linked at right? That should help put you in the right direction.
Please see if that helps and let us know if there’s any questions we can answer as you work through it. If this is your first time doing overrides, you may want to check out the Codex doc on using Child Themes: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Hope this helps!

ParticipantHi, vinvalentino. Hope things have been going well for you since your last post.
As it’s been over two weeks since we heard from you, I’m going to close this thread. Please feel free to create a new topic if there’s anything else we can do to help.

ParticipantHi, Grégoire. I hope that the last link was helpful for you.
Since it’s been a couple of weeks, I’m going to close this topic. Please create a new one if there’s any further way we can be of assistance.

ParticipantHi, Daryl. Thanks for asking!
By default, the tickets are hidden from the WooCommerce Shop page, but it’s certainly possible to change their visibility and use the Shop for a listing of tickets. Would that meet your needs?

ParticipantThanks very much, thisibelieveinc. Let us know how it goes.
If there’s anything we can give you to help Woo in their troubleshooting, we’re happy to do that too.

ParticipantHi, thisibelieveinc. It sounds like you had lots of fun exploring the plugin yesterday!
This is definitely not the intended behavior. What you’re encountering is a bug that’s on our radar but has yet to be resolved. It appears to come up with our add-on and later versions of WooCommerce. Unfortunately, the fix will not make it into the next maintenance release, due out in a matter of days, but it should be in the following one.
I apologize for this situation. If you can hold on for a little while, we should have a fix.

ParticipantAh, I should have known that that other plugin would be the culprit. We have been having increasing reports lately of it conflicting with TEC, as well as other plugins.
Unfortunately, at this time, we have no workaround beyond disabling it. Your best bet is probably to find another solution for its functionality.
I wish I had better news for you.

ParticipantHello, again. This sounds like a frustrating situation.
Have you confirmed that the credit card purchase is in fact completing correctly? If it is marked as completed in the WooCommerce Orders and the tickets are not being issued, that’s definitely something we should take a look at. On the other hand, if the credit card order is not being completed, that’s probably something that would be to let the experts at WooThemes troubleshoot for you.
Let us know what we can do to be of assistance. Thanks!
