We have upgraded to the latest version of WP and the tickets no longer work. If you add in the ticket and event information and save the ticket does not appear in the front end or the admin side.Thinking its a conflict with another plugin I have deactivated all plugins and tried to see if this will help and also reverted back to the 2011 theme – nada as they say.
Any help / guidance will be very much appreciated

Lately, we’ve seen a number of issues coming up with NextGEN conflicting. Is it possible that you have that installed?
Otherwise, it would be helpful if you would give us a list of the installed versions of WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, and WooCommerce Tickets, as well as the name of your theme. Also, it can sometimes be helpful to know who your hosting provider is.

Spot on thank you – I must have deactivated every plugin except that one thinking it would not be the issue.
Thank you for the quick response. Any gallery plugins you can think off that will work ok with woo Tickets?kind regards

ParticipantHi, Mark. I’m so glad to hear that resolved your issue.
As far as other plugins go, I don’t have experience with any other gallery plugins. I will say that we don’t know of any that have problems as big as NextGEN. If you do find one that is a fair replacement, I’m sure that our user community would appreciate you posting about it on the forum.
Is there anything else I can help you with before closing the thread?
