    I am a new user to Events Calendar and the WooTickets plug-in, but not to WooCommerce or WordPress. Today I installed Events Calendar and WooTickets and began to set up my first ticketed event. Immediately, I started noticing that our other WooCommerce customers (purchasing products other than tickets) were getting a message on all their receipts saying “You’ll receive you tickets in another email.” Does anyone know how/why WooTickets would be “infecting” our other WooCommerce transactions. Is its default assumption that all WooCommerce transactions are for tickets? And most importantly, does anyone know how to fix this so that it stops happening? We don’t want to have to field a bunch of emails and calls from confused customers.

    Hi, thisibelieveinc. It sounds like you had lots of fun exploring the plugin yesterday!

    This is definitely not the intended behavior. What you’re encountering is a bug that’s on our radar but has yet to be resolved. It appears to come up with our add-on and later versions of WooCommerce. Unfortunately, the fix will not make it into the next maintenance release, due out in a matter of days, but it should be in the following one.

    I apologize for this situation. If you can hold on for a little while, we should have a fix.

    Hi Dan – just dropping by to let you know we’ve done some work to correct the original issue reported in this thread and we should see it arrive with the next maintenance release over the course of the next week or so.
