ParticipantHi, Scott. I definitely see what you’re talking about when I check out your site.
I know it sounds different, but I wonder if what you’re seeing might be another symptom of an issue that users were experiencing with “Upcoming Events” appearing in the page title. Would you mind trying out the fix and letting me know if that helps? You’ll find it here: Fix for “Upcoming Events” appearing in title
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantThank you, ddyer. I’ll wait to hear back from you on both threads.
September 20, 2013 at 5:09 pm in reply to: The New Upgraded Calendar — How to Shrink Month View down to 620px width #67113Kelly
ParticipantHello, again! I’m so glad that you were able to get your other issues taken care of.
As is probably apparent to you by now, the 3.x release cycle has included major upgrades to our code base, and as such, some customizations have required significant tweaking. We tried to stress the the magnitude of this upgrade and the importance of preparing accordingly in all of the pre-release documentation we put out, but it sounds like we didn’t make it clear enough. We failed you there.
It sounds like you’re saying that none of the templates under the Display settings tab are going to work for you and your theme as it stands. If that’s the case, your best bet is to create one that does what you need using our Themer’s Guide, linked at right, for guidance. If you have any specific questions on finding info on elements, we’re happy to get you pointed in the right direction. If you’d like more in-depth assistance, we’re happy to share the names of WP developers that we’ve worked with in the past.
As far as FWB Slider Pro goes, I’m sorry to say that we haven’t had any other users reporting this. If they have any questions for us when you ask them about it, we’re more than happy to answer them here for you.
Hope this helps!
September 20, 2013 at 5:07 pm in reply to: Import to iCal and Google Calendar Option. How do I turn these on? #67112Kelly
ParticipantHi, atxchristian. Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the links. If you’ve got TEC PRO installed, they should definitely be there by default.
I notice that some of the navigation buttons at the bottom of your monthly calendar are being cut off. Is it possible that this is happening with your calendar download buttons as well?
You may have noticed when you posted your thread that we asked about trying with one of the default WP themes. Did you have a chance to do so? If so, when you tried changing your theme to Twenty Twelve, did you see the buttons?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, fenelonfalls. I’m really sorry for the frustration and your difficulty with the upgrade.
It looks like you’ve sorted things out per your other topic: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/the-new-upgraded-calendar-how-to-shrink-month-view-down-to-620px-width/
We’ll address the other thread momentarily to get your remaining issues sorted. Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantGlad to hear it, Gerald. Since you’re all set, I’ll go ahead and close this thread.
Have a great weekend!

ParticipantHi, juliemoose. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this.
I just went to your site, but it looks like the events in the future are showing as upcoming. Is there some other URL where I should go to see the behavior?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, antoniahayes. Sorry to hear that you’re having this issue.
Have you tried changing your theme to default Twenty Twelve with all other plugins disabled? If so, was the behavior any different?
Kelly
ParticipantThanks for letting us know, Joseph. Have a great weekend!
September 20, 2013 at 4:06 pm in reply to: To begin using WooTickets, please install the latest version of WooCommerce. #67093Kelly
ParticipantHi, b3nelson. I’m hoping that no news is good news, and that installing The Events Calendar cleared up the issue for you.
I’m going to close this thread now, but if anything else comes up, please feel free to start up a new one.
Have a great weekend!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, splitfiretj. I can definitely see why this would be an issue.
Unfortunately, this is something that really comes under the WooCommerce umbrella, rather than the ticketing add-on. So, we’re not really the experts on the way WooCommerce deals with inventory.
Your best bet would be to get in touch with the Woo Ninjas directly. If they have any specific questions for us about our software, we’re more than happy to give you the info they need.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

ParticipantHi, zobel. As in your other thread from this date, it appears you’ve moved on, so I’m going to close this thread. Please feel free to start a new one if you have any other questions.
Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, ddyer. I’m happy to help.
First, allow me to ask if this is separate issue from the one I was discussing with you earlier. If so, would you like me to close the old ticket.
As far as the issue with your bookings page goes, that looks like a theme conflict to me. Please check out the fix here and see if that can resolve the issue: https://theeventscalendar.com/garbled-events-page-fix/
Hopefully, that’ll do the trick!
September 20, 2013 at 3:46 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Update Affects Site Heading on Every Page of Website #67083Kelly
ParticipantHi, Brad. I’m so glad we finally got this licked!
If you see in the release notes that it’s been fixed, you can definitely remove the snippet. Thanks for asking!
