MemberI would imagine so, however I’m afraid that sort of customization isn’t something we can help with right now.
Essentially though you would override the customer-completed-order.php template and check if any of the ordered items were tickets – and extract the details that way.
Whether you display the event date/time beside each line item (assuming you want to cover cases such as tickets for more than one event being ordered at once) or somewhere else would be something to consider.
Or you could just add a further note about an email with tickets also being sent (which does of course include dates and times).

MemberHi Schalk, I will definitely assist you in that other thread.
Barry
MemberInteresting. That would seem to be a bug and I will create a report for the developers – as soon as there is any progress or feedback I’ll update you here in this thread.
Thanks for reporting this!
Barry
MemberHi Catherine can you review the fix in this thread? Let me know of course if that doesn’t work for you.

MemberNot at all, thank you (and everyone here) for your continued support and patience while we work through some of these issues.

MemberNot at all. Various other permutations are possible, but I’ll leave it to your imagination to do anything further along these lines 🙂

MemberThanks Noel: that is indeed the best way to fix this – we are sorry for the inconvenience, this was an unfortunate oversight that occurred after fixing a different template-related issue.
However, hopefully the steps in the post Noel linked to will see you through until we get a definitive fix out there sometime soon.

MemberSo this is indeed a bug in the latest version and we’ll fix it as soon as we can. In the meantime, to get things going again, there are two ways you can resolve this. Probably the best approach is as follows:
- Create a subdirectory called tribe-events within your theme directory
- Create a subdirectory within that called wootickets
- Copy plugins/wootickets/views/tickets.php and place it in that new directory, so that you have a duplicate at your-theme/tribe-events/wootickets/tickets.php
Alternatively, if that isn’t possible for some reason, you could drop this snippet into your theme’s functions.php file (then remove it once a definitive fix arrives in a future release).
Hopefully by using one of the two approaches everyone is able to keep things operating smoothly – but please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have difficulties implementing them.
Thanks for your continued support and apologies for the disruption this has caused.

MemberOK, I can see this problem now – thanks for your reports and please be patient while we look into this: I will update you as soon as I can.

MemberExcellent. In that case, since it sounds like you’re all sorted, I will go ahead and close this thread. Of course feel free to create new ones as needed should you encounter any further problems 🙂

MemberYou’re quite right, sorry for the confusion.
The rationale though would be that after having approved the listing you might not want it to be changed to include undesirable content – and an extra tier of dealing with revisions and approval would complicate the plugin considerably.
That said, definitely do feel free to post a feature request for this: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas

MemberCatherine: sorry first of all for the delay. We have traditionally strived to answer threads within 24hrs of them being posted (not counting weekends) however a sudden upsurge in demand has left us wanting on that front.
Please accept our apologies – and we will now see what we can do to help 🙂

I would like that space gone so the info below is moved up.Can you try adding these rules to the bottom of your theme’s stylesheet? http://pastebin.com/v9K1A2Zi
Also, how do I remove the months listed on here (July 2013, August 2013, etc.)
http://solarsource.net/education/So you mean the month separators? If so please also add this rule to the same stylesheet: http://pastebin.com/gYLxhRnj
Does that help here?

MemberDownload Manager is, I’m afraid, known to have compatibility issues with our plugins – I’m not aware of any workarounds at this point.
Barry
MemberHi Maikel, does this happen only with your theme activated? In other words, is the issue resolved if you (temporarily) switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twelve?
If that’s the case it would be difficult to say whether this would still be a problem with 3.0 or not – what I’d suggest is creating a new WordPress installation (you could even do this in a subdirectory of your existing hosting environment) and testing out our latest plugin versions with your theme there.
Does that help at all?
Barry
MemberI still can’t change my date format using Community Events preferences… do you think there is a way to force this by code? In which file of my plugin can I search a solution?
Unfortunately this particular problem isn’t one we can help with. Although we’d love to assist this is very specific to your theme and it’s not a theme any of us are familiar with, making investigation extremely time consuming.
So although I’m sorry we can’t offer up much more on this front please don’t see that as the door being closed – for any other issues we will of course be happy to try and help.
