I just purchased Tickets: WooCommerce. I would love to begin using it, however, it doesn’t show up under my events tab. I can’t even enter my license number.

    Here’s what I’m working with:
    The Events Calendar 3.0.1
    WooCommerce 2.0.13
    WooTickets 3.0 (it’s not listed as Tickets:WooCommerce)
    Genesis Connect for WooCommerce 0.9.5
    Wordpress 3.5.2
I’m using WP Multi-sites in MAMP with StudioPress Lifestyle Theme on the Genesis Framework.

Starting with ALL of my plugins deactivated (Included Events Calendar, WooCommerce and Woo TIckets):
    1. I activate The Event Calendar.
    Result: Everything Looks normal. Great.
    2. I activate Woo Tickets. I know it’s doing something because I get the notification, “To begin using WooTickets, please install the latest version of WooCommerce.”
    3. I Activate WooCommerce. And I get the following, which is expected, as I am using the Genesis Framework, “Your theme does not declare Woo Commerce support.”
    4. I Activate Genesis Connect for WooCommerce. I’ve included the necessary, add_theme_support( ‘genesis-connect-woocommerce’ ); at the end of the functions.php file.

So now I go to Events>Settings and there is no change. No “templates” or “Licenses” tabs exist. The only tabs I have are “General”, “Display” and “Help”.

So, I changed my WordPress theme to a non-Genesis Framework based theme, Twenty Eleven 1.5 by the WordPress team. I deactivated all plugins, deleted The Event Calendar, WooCommerce and WooTickets the from the network and reinstalled them again. I activated them again in the order above, but alas, WooTickets just isn’t working for me. I still can’t enter my license number. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi neatoina, thanks for contacting us.

    WooTickets 3.0 (it’s not listed as Tickets:WooCommerce)

That name change hasn’t yet percolated through ever piece of our code or even this forum, but these are indeed one and the same. So if it is showing WooTickets as installed and activated you should be good to go.

I suspect the reason you aren’t seeing the licenses tab is because you are within a “child site” in your multisite network. Are you able to see it if you visit Events > Settings from the “primary” or “master” site in the network?

    Barry!
In WP-Multisites Network Admin, I went to Settings> Events Settings
I clicked on Licenses and entered mine. Worked like a charm. Looking forward to setting up some events.
    Thank You!

Excellent. In that case, since it sounds like you’re all sorted, I will go ahead and close this thread. Of course feel free to create new ones as needed should you encounter any further problems 🙂
