MemberSure – if you can either “strip down” the site again (so just our latest plugins and a default theme are running) or else provide permission for us to do that we’ll happily take a look: you can share credentials here via a private reply.
Please ensure you have backed up – and know how to restore any backups – before providing access and do also note that some amount of disruption make take place while we troubleshoot. Similarly, please realize that we cannot guarantee being able to restore the site to its original condition.
Thanks!

MemberThanks for sharing 🙂
That’s a pretty narrow space, but adding some CSS like the following to a custom pro/widget-calendar.css stylesheet as described in the Themer’s Guide ought to fix it:
table.tribe-mini-calendar th, table.tribe-mini-calendar td { padding:2px }Does that help?
Barry
MemberI definitely sympathize but realistically there is little we can do to help. If emails are being treated as spam that is because of the spam filtering policies of the email services used to receive the ticket emails – and I’m afraid that is not something we can influence.
With that said, if you can identify facets of the ticket emails that somehow lend themselves to being identified as spam then we’re open to your feedback (which you could post here on the forums or over on UserVoice in the form of a feature request) – at this time, though, I don’t think there is any reason to think the problem lies with what our plugin is doing.
For that reason I’m going to close this thread, but I do hope you can figure out a solution by talking to your hosting or email provider and, once again, if anything suggesting there is an issue with our ticket emails comes to light we’ll happily take another look.
Thanks – and good luck.

MemberThat’s not at all silly, we’ve got some issues with our forum – apologies for the inconvenience: I’ll repost below.
So this is due to some stylesheet rules that seem to be added to your theme. That’s not uncommon and we ca easily workaround this: the first step is to set up a custom tribe-events.css stylesheet – please see our Themer’s Guide for details of this. With that in place, please add the following piece of code to your new tribe-events.css file:
.widget.tribe-events-adv-list-widget ol { padding: 0 }That should resolve this issue.
Let me know how you get on!

MemberOK – so really it is sounding to me like the problem exists at some other level that EDD Tickets itself, particularly as you noted that:
I just tried a password reset and I didn’t get anything.
Ensuring emails are reliably generated and sent out from your WordPress installation (and, by extension, from your hosting environment) is really going to be the first step here and regrettably is not one we can help with – you’d really need to work closely with your hosting provider (or email provider) to nail this.
Barry
MemberThat’s great that they are going the extra mile here – and if we can answer any questions they might have with regards to our own codebase we’ll be more than happy to answer them 🙂

Member3. Scrolling down in Week View both time and calendar grid disappears:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/0kc55uxd9ed1jq5/Screenshot%202014-03-28%2011.20.46.pngLars: apologies on this one – we can indeed replicate and are going to get a fix in motion as soon as possible. Can you try adjusting your end-of-day-cutoff setting to 1am (or later) and see if that mitigates this problem?
Barry
MemberAhh. OK – yes that is looking like a bug indeed.
What I’d propose as a workaround is setting the end of day cutoff to 1am or slightly later – that will hopefully mitigate this issue. We’re certainly going to try and nail this one as quickly as we can and I’d like to thank you (as ever) for reporting this.
Thanks for bearing with us here!

MemberHi – let me say first of all that I’m sorry you’re experiencing difficulties.
We’ve had a few similar sounding reports so we’re interested in jumping on top of this – but right now (and after reviewing your site via the URL you shared) I don’t have quite a full enough picture of the problem: can you point me to a page/post/event where the title is missing?
Thanks!
March 28, 2014 at 3:10 pm in reply to: After update, the recurring events don't all show in the grid, but do as list #124518Barry
MemberHi wgoodman: unfortunately I seem unable to reach the website using the URL you shared – can you confirm that URL is correct/provide an updated one? It would be great to see the problem first hand in case any obvious causes present themselves.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberI’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties. Can you confirm a few details to help us build up a better picture of what might have happened here?
- When you say you upgraded to the PRO, do you mean you did not previously use it or that you upgraded from an older version (if so, which version)?
- Alternatively, has the core plugin recently been updated from an older release?
- Last but not least could you visit Tools > Export and export only events, then share the resulting CSV file with us (via Dropbox or some similar service – even by uploading the file back to your blog – you can of course share the link as a private reply if you prefer)
Thanks 🙂
Barry
MemberThat’s not good – sorry for any inconvenience.
I took a look at your site: I see you are still using version 3.5 for both our core and PRO plugins and so haven’t downgraded just yet which is awesome, we’d love for you to be able to continue using the latest and greatest code. I also see that your main events view looks fully populated: can you confirm where this problem is and indicate how we might see it?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi, I’m sorry to hear that.
So to clarify you are unable to configure widgets via the Appearance → Widgets admin screen? If so (though I appreciate you already have clearly spent time troubleshooting) can you confirm that this is still a problem even if only The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are active along with a default, unmodified theme?
Can you also confirm which plugins you updated? Are you referring to the recent updates for our own plugins?
Thanks!
