    That’s pretty much it. They come through when using the test gateway.

    Hi – I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.

    Can you confirm what the status of those orders is (is it Pending? If so and you change the status to Complete do they show in the attendee list at that point?

    Hello Barry, thanks for your help.

    Where should I be looking for the status? They are completed in PayPal, but don’t show up in the sales report area. I don’t see anything as pending in the Attendees area either.

    Hi: can you navigate to Downloads → Payment History and try to locate the order there? You can then use the bulk action menu to mark the orders as complete (or else open the order and do it through the order editor screen).

    Thanks Barry, that moved it to Attendees, but no ticket was emailed out.

    Hmm, that’s strange. Creating the attendee list entries and sending the ticket email is part of the same operation – is it possible that the email was dispatched but sent to the trash? Are you receiving other emails generated by your WordPress site generally (like password reset notices, etc)?

    I just tried a password reset and I didn’t get anything. I also just tried buying tickets with the test gateway using the admin email and another, and neither received a ticket. Nothing seems to be in any spam folders.

    OK – so really it is sounding to me like the problem exists at some other level that EDD Tickets itself, particularly as you noted that:

    Ensuring emails are reliably generated and sent out from your WordPress installation (and, by extension, from your hosting environment) is really going to be the first step here and regrettably is not one we can help with – you’d really need to work closely with your hosting provider (or email provider) to nail this.
