MemberI’m afraid so – or at least there aren’t any particularly straightforward means of doing this currently.

@beesknessdance – as it’s been quite a while I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create new threads as needed and we’ll do our best to assist!
Thanks all!

MemberCan you point me to a specific example that’s tripping you up here – and do you have caching enabled?
Barry
MemberYes – your customizations should be safe π
Do note though that there is always the possibility of custom code written for older versions of the plugin becoming out of date or tripping things up – so if you do hit problems (temporarily) disabling any such tweaks is the best way of determining if that is indeed the problem.
Hopefully, of course, it will be plain sailing.
Good luck!

As soon as the fix is ready – as before – we’ll do our best to post an update in here.
Thanks for your patience!

MemberHi Chris,
Interesting question!
Eventbrite Tickets does not support recurring events (and I get the impression you’re already aware of that) so the first thing I’d note is that these behaviours should really be regarded as side-effects and subject to change – as we don’t consciously ensure it works this with with every new release/change in the Eventbrite API, whereas we do of course perform regular quality assurance checks against the expected and intended functionality of the plugin.
Essentially though, at this time, a single event will be created on eventbrite.com (matching the first event in the series you created).
Does that help at all?
Barry
MemberI’m sorry I missed your question – looks like you already posted a follow up in another thread though so hopefully that gave you a steer in the right direction π

MemberThis is a comparatively old thread – while they’re definitely worth reviewing it’s normally best to create a fresh thread of your own if you need further help since, typically, things have changed the answer is often slightly different.
Please do check out our Themer’s Guide in the first instance, though, and if you still require help after that we’ll be happy to assist π

MemberI’m sorry the email didn’t come through – we have had a few difficulties lately with our email provider but whatever the reason, please accept our apologies.
I can certainly leave this open π
Barry
MemberCertainly π
Take a gander at:
- TribeEventsTicketsPro::ajax_handler_attendee_mail_list()
- TribeEventsTicketsPro::maybe_generate_attendees_csv()
That should get you started here.
Thanks again!

MemberDefinitely, great catch: I’ll log an issue to get this one addressed – thanks for reporting π
Barry
MemberWe’ll certainly consider it, but the best place for feature requests is our UserVoice page π
This file will be overwritten when the Calendar Pro plugin gets updated! Iβm just starting with WordPress so I donβt know how to make this solution future-proof. Maybe Barry can help with that?
I can certainly point you in the right direction, possibly, which would be looking at options to facilitate this from your own script that loads after ours or, if that’s not possible, dequeue ours and enqueue your own custom version: there’s still a slight maintenance headache inherent in that approach but it’s slightly cleaner than hacking core code.
At this point I will go ahead and close the thread – but thank you all for the comments and ideas (particularly halostribe for all that coding legwork π ).
