That sounds pretty unusual. When I try to replicate I find that it works as expected – just for the avoidance of doubt, though, can you clarify what’s missing? Are the event title and event date absent?
If so, would you be able to try running through our standard troubleshooting/conflict test steps?
I definitely understand your frustration – but, even with the best will in the world, bugs can and do occur in any software product.
We do try hard to avoid this however, particularly where there is a dependency on a third party product (in this case of course that’s Easy Digital Downloads), things can spring up due to unforeseen changes in how they work.
All that to say:
- We’re very sorry this has happened and have this logged as being in need of further attention
- Our next release is in the final stages of preparation and this wasn’t caught quite in enough time to be included within that
- I’m going to increase the priority for this issue to ensure it is addressed as soon as we reasonably can
I’m afraid I cannot offer you a precise timeline for any fix but, again, we’ll do our best to keep you updated as things progress.
It still have problems with pictures.
This is a known bug and a fix is coming shortly! In the meantime, can you try the fix/workaround suggested here?

You’re right and – unfortunately – groups are not currently supported by the Facebook Importer (which I should have highlighted initially).
We’d need to investigate adding this capability and facilitate the passing of a user access token to Facebook – right now, then, I’m afraid you would probably have to import events on an individual basis as you already tried rather than by trying to use the automated import feature.

So my guess is this is something your theme does when it can’t find/decide on an appropriate title.
I’ve got no particular knowledge of your theme, but these things are often customizable via filters (or by overriding templates). Can you reach out to the theme author and ask how you might remove that (Untitled) text altogether?

The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO both respect your WordPress time settings, so try adjusting this in the General Settings page for WordPress 🙂

You’re not the first person to ask for the removal of the wootickets_process query and we are planning on removing it in one of our upcoming releases 🙂
That URL query is a trigger used to implement some of our own custom logic, primarily used to add the ticket items to the cart, so removing it wouldn’t be the best idea. That said, it is certainly possible to remove it but you’d then need to take care of any functionality that is consequently dropped.
For more detail the best place to look is the source code itself, in this case TribeWooTickets::process_front_end_tickets().

There are some challenges here and they mostly relate to what the Facebook Graph API will allow us to do.
Occasionally, depending on the content of the Facebook page in question, it may not be accessible to our importer due to additional restrictions enforced by Facebook (adult and alcohol related content are examples, but are not the only reasons for this).
Can you share – by private reply if you prefer – one of the Facebook pages you are trying to import from?

I’m not sure I understand.
Do you mean that you are seeing “Untitled” somewhere – can you tell me where exactly, if so – or do you mean there is currently no title on the event pages and you wish to add one (like you have on the Informação page)?
