MemberJared: after further review, to alleviate that specific problem, yes upgrading would make sense. It just won’t change the existing restrictions in terms of how many domains the license can be used from.
Barry
MemberFantastic, yep renaming it could certainly help our users to find it and understand its function.
Glad it’s all sorted 🙂

MemberI’ve reached out to their team, so hopefully we can collaborate on a fix/figure out a way to smooth integration of our plugins.
Depending on how quickly that side of things moves it may be I can share a temporary fix prior to shipping any longer term compatibility improvements and I’ll be sure to loop back if so.
Barry
MemberCurrently, no – the site limit is a constant. Though I can’t guarantee anything, let me see if there is some alternative way we can deal with this.

MemberHey there Gregory,
I wanted to check in here as I realize this has been a frustrating situation for you.
Do you have any follow-up questions following my last post, or about timezone-handling within The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO generally?
This and some other exchanges did prompt us to audit timezone behavior more broadly and, ignoring for the moment the presence of external factors such as Series Engine, we could not replicate any clear timezone bugs using our latest releases.
It could certainly be the case that events (and sequences of recurring events) created using older versions of our plugins exhibited problems, but we’ve hopefully resolved most issues there.
Again, do let me know if you have further questions or concerns.
Barry
MemberSure, but I think Series Engine was an issue.
That’s certainly in line with our assessment.
There could also be events created with earlier versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO that are subject to some issues here – but with our latest versions, and ignoring any external factors (such as changes to the WordPress environment triggered by other plugins), we cannot replicate this same set of problems.
This has been a very, very frustrating experience that keeps coming up. I’ll keep a closer eye on this client as they continue adding events.
Absolutely, we’d love to hear from you if you do hit further problems with this.
If you would still like a database dump, please let me know.
If at this point you’re all set, there’s no need – but thank you for the offer.

MemberWould it be possible to grab a copy of your database? Though typically database dumps are too big to upload directly, if you were happy to do this you could share it by private reply, via a Dropbox or Google Drive link (or via some other comparable service).
I’d love to “look inside” and evaluate your situation locally if possible.

MemberShay,
I see you are using Series Engine.
In a near identical exchange with another user we identified the fact that – if that plugin is deactivated – creating a series of recurring events works as expected, without the quirk you illustrated via the above link you just shared.
If possible (perhaps on a staging site), can you confirm if that might be the case for you? That is: deactivate Series Engine only, create a similar test event, and see if the times are correct?
Thanks 🙂
