Currently, no – the site limit is a constant. Though I can’t guarantee anything, let me see if there is some alternative way we can deal with this.
March 14, 2018 at 3:49 pm #1479553Jared ShihParticipantThanks, I look forward to hearing a solution. Maybe we can purchase another license, we may have to anyways because we are setting up another multisite instance.
March 15, 2018 at 2:51 pm #1480628BarryMemberJared: after further review, to alleviate that specific problem, yes upgrading would make sense. It just won’t change the existing restrictions in terms of how many domains the license can be used from.
March 15, 2018 at 4:24 pm #1480725Jared ShihParticipantYes, but right now it seems there is no limit on the amount of domains…
March 16, 2018 at 9:45 am #1481392BarryMemberPerhaps I’m misunderstand you here: but whether you buy a new key or upgrade and keep your existing key, the restrictions on the number of domains will not change. That to say, if that specific issue is not currently something you are hitting up against (and it doesn’t sound like it is), that won’t change just by upgrading.
Does that make sense?
March 16, 2018 at 9:50 am #1481403Jared ShihParticipantWe have 180 sites. We have the 200 import license. It does not appear that the imports are restricted to just 10 sites as I have been told they should be. We can use the 200 imports across 180 sites without a problem. Its just we are running out imports because everyone is using it. How can we increase the amount of imports for our clients?
March 16, 2018 at 9:53 am #1481413BarryMemberRight – so upgrading to a license that provides more than 200 imports per day would be the answer.
In this case, the Event Hub license is the tier you need 🙂
March 16, 2018 at 9:55 am #1481414Jared ShihParticipantYes, but I have been told that we would be limited to 10 sites for that one. We have 180 with more to come. What is the solution in this case?

March 19, 2018 at 1:13 pm #1483351Jared ShihParticipantGot it, thanks. It’s just since it’s working now (with limits) I would be
hesitant to upgrade and have it stop working. Is there some guarantee you
can provide us that would at least let us know that we can come to a
reasonable cost effective solution should we find this 10 site limit
enforced?March 19, 2018 at 3:03 pm #1483429BarryMemberNo, I’m afraid we can’t offer any guarantees beyond what we state on the product page — which is that the key can be used on up to 10 sites. Don’t misunderstand: we would of course do our best to accommodate your needs — I just can’t promise being able to meet them since what you are asking before goes beyond our current product offering.
How about this: I could generate you a completely new key, on the next tier, and you could try that out for up to one month: the existing key would be unmodified and you could switch back at any time.
If you then find this fits your needs nicely, you can upgrade your existing key. Would that work for you?
