MemberYou’re right that we don’t provide any specific functionality for this purpose, but generally we’ve found that – with most themes – simply using the browser’s print functionality works in an acceptable fashion.
In fact, on visiting the URL you provided when you opened this topic and navigating to a single event, I found that I was able to print pretty much a perfect replica of the single event page, complete with all the same information. There were admittedly some minor formatting issues, but nothing too drastic.
Can you confirm what information exactly is missing when you try this? Which web browser (and version) are you using to print the event pages?

MemberHi David,
We’re stoked to hear you are thinking of purchasing a license, which is a great way to support the project besides providing you with all the additional capabilities of Events Calendar PRO (if that’s the product you are thinking of) and access to our regular support channels.
I’m also sorry to hear you have hit up against a few problems. I’m afraid, though, that we don’t deliver technical support here in the pre-sales forum: this forum is really only for enquiries about the features and functionality of our products and not for assistance in using them or resolving other issues that might arise.
If you do go ahead and purchase a license we will be more than happy to assist you further over in our Events Calendar PRO forum. If you need assistance prior to that, you are of course more than welcome to post in the community forum.
Thanks again π

MemberHi Chad,
Thanks for contacting us and I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties — however I’m afraid we don’t actually deliver technical support here in the pre-sales forum.
With that in mind, if you have a license (or if you go ahead and purchase one!) you can login to our paid member forums, such as the Events Calendar PRO forum, and post your issue there.
Otherwise you are of course welcome to post on our community forums instead.
Thanks again π

MemberFantastic!

MemberThere were two different versions of that plugin – is it possible you left one in place? Within the list of active plugins, perhaps use your browser’s search capabilities to look for anything containing the keyword “Geoloc” – it should quickly point you to any surviving copy which you can then delete.

MemberSo that function returns an array of post objects. Perhaps instead of trying to echo $value directly you should try:
echo get_the_title( $value );Does that help?
Barry
MemberNo – it’s in The Events Calendar, not Events Calendar PRO. So typically the path to the main language catalogue will look like:
plugins/the-events-calendar/lang/the-events-calendar.potThe Italian .po and .mo files can be found in the same place.
Does that clarify things?

MemberHi @marcjulia – I am sorry to hear you are also facing this. Please do feel free to monitor this topic, but if you need further help that is specific to your site we would ask you post a new support topic π
Andy: would you be happy to create a database dump, zip it and upload it either to your WordPress site or some other service such as Dropbox – and then share it here by private reply? Since the problem is still apparent even on a clean installation of WordPress this should allow me to replicate this issue and see what’s happening.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberNo problem – glad it’s all sorted π

MemberHi!
It looks like you have a personal license which can be used on just one site.
If you need to install EDD Tickets on multiple sites concurrently it would be best to upgrade to a developer or business license … on the other hand, if you changed your domain/accidentally activated it within a local test site you can simply visit your license key management page and disconnect from the old URL.
With that done, you should be able to successfully validate from the new installation/URL.
Does that help?

MemberHi Pam π
To sell tickets to events (if that’s what you’re interested in) please check out our fantastic ticketing plugins and also Eventbrite Tickets which lets you take advantage of the eventbrite.com platform and link it to your WordPress site.
Does that help/answer your question?

MemberHi there Evgenii,
We do try hard to stick to one issue per topic – so let’s deal with the first issue here and if you need help with the second (CSS-related) item please go ahead and create a fresh topic, one of the team will be only too happy to assist further π
Google Calendar Link in the pages of events does not work … and there is a technical message: βInvalid requestβ and poor broken robot
Very often this is the result of a plugin or theme conflict. I do see you already tried running through our standard troubleshooting steps – can you confirm the problem persisted even with a default theme and no other plugins running/that no conflicts were flagged up here?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi Rob,
I’m afraid nothing like this is baked in to the plugin but it’s a very flexible piece of software that can be extended and customized in all kinds of ways so, if you’re fairly comfortable with WordPress development, there’s definitely no reason you couldn’t change the way it behaves to accommodate your needs here π
Does that answer your question?
Barry
MemberHi Marc!
So long as you are operating within the WordPress environment, The Events Calendar is activated and you aren’t doing anything too early in the request then that function should be available for you to use (it should certainly be available to code running within a regular theme template file).
Are you experiencing something other than this?
