MemberHi there Ruud,
Do you have an email address for me, I will send the file to go there
It would be much preferred if we could keep this on the forum. Can you upload the file somewhere and link to it from a private reply – or else can you copy the contents to a service like Pastebin or Gist and, again, share the link here?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi Ruud,
So I’m keen to see the source CSV data because I can then examine it to see if any problems are apparent: can you facilitate that?
The link to one of the impacted events is appreciated, but that doesn’t really give me a sense of what went wrong during import.

MemberHi Ken,
Sorry to hear you are encountering some difficulties.
When I visit your main events page it seems to work for me: which browser (and which version) are you using? Do you find the problem persists on all browsers, or are there any special steps I would need to take to see the problem?
Let me know ๐

MemberI’m not sure, Jeff – might this have been a third party script? I haven’t had much success in searching for it, so perhaps it’s no longer available.
All I can really suggest here is some further searching, I’m afraid.

MemberHi Mary,
In the first instance can you visit Events → Settings → Display and locate the template setting.
Try toggling this between the Default Page Template, Default Events Template and any other templates that might be available (save your change each time you adjust this!) and test to see if a different option here produces a better result.
This worked on my site earlierโso I suspect something went awry.
Can you pinpoint any events – such as a theme update – that occurred immediately prior to the problem showing up? Also, do you have any custom event template (or do you know if your theme ships with any)?
If your theme includes a tribe-events subdirectory that could be important here.

MemberHi Heather!
Either the WooCommerce API or else some custom queries (if the API and existing report tools don’t meet your needs) would likely be needed to mine for ticket-only sales data.

MemberNo problem, glad it’s all sorted (and feel free to create new topics as needed if you do need further input on this or any other issues that might arise) ๐

MemberFor the chain of events that uses the slug stephen-ministry-meeting-2, is it possible for you to “Trash All” via the event editor?

MemberHi there!
Might the following knowledgebase article help?
theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/order-events-in-main-blog-loop-by-post-date
Barry
MemberThat’s curious.
Can you try creating a new test event in June (you can delete it later on) and then check to see if month view navigation works as expected?
We do also know that Enfold ships with various code-level tweaks targeting The Events Calendar: have you had a change to switch, temporarily, to a different theme (such as an unmodified default theme like Twenty Fourteen) – and does month view navigation work then?

MemberGlad you got there (and do feel free to add any relevant notes to the existing feature request discussed above, if you haven’t already done so).
Since I think we’re all set here I will go ahead and close out this topic, but of course please do feel free to post new topics as needed should anything else crop up ๐

MemberHi Ruud,
Are you using the CSV Import facilities – and can you provide a sample of your CSV data if so?
Please upload it t your site, Dropbox or some similar service and provide the link here (rather than pasting it directly into the forum) ๐
Thanks!

MemberHi Jason,
That’s not something that The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO can currently facilitate without some fairly advanced customization work.
It sounds like you’ve already reviewed a lot of things on the forum but really require something more like a step-by-step tutorial – unfortunately, though you are welcome to suggest such a tutorial (ideas and requests welcomed here!), we do not currently have a resource like this and this customization is also beyond what we can assist with here in the forums.
Perhaps you could find a suitable developer/designer (via the many excellent freelance marketplaces, or through some other route) to provide the extra expertise needed to drive this forward in the short term?
Barry
MemberHi Chris,
There are a few different ways you could tackle this.
One of the easiest would simply be to add the pricing information and any links to the event description itself. This requires no coding effort whatsoever.
Similarly, you could create some new fields via Events → Settings → Additional Fields to accommodate this. That way you would separate this information out from the description and, again, it would not require any custom coding.
Beyond that, if you have more specialist needs, all kinds of enhancement are possible through template overrides and by working with our actions and filters. A wealth of information to help you along can be found amongst the following resources:
Do any of those options work for you?
Barry
MemberHi Susan!
So you want to automatically propagate events from one site to another: that’s definitely achievable via some customization work, but I’m afraid work of that order is not something we are able to assist with.
Perhaps you could source a suitable dev/designer from one of the many freelance marketplaces to tackle this?
