MemberHi Andrew – not yet. If I could ask you to be patient (we don’t guarantee same day resolution or anything like that) I’ll update you as soon as I can 🙂
Barry
MemberCould be you just need to flush the rewrite rules: can you set the site/WP URLs up as you wish, then visit Settings > Permalinks (you don’t need to make any changes/hit the save button, just visiting that page should force a flush of rewrite rules).
Barry
MemberOK, so this text:
Hello This is a test!
Does that live in a page called Events? If so, you will probably need to delete that page, otherwise The Events Calendar will allow that to be displayed in preference to the virtual page it generates.
Barry
MemberWhat is your PHP memory_limit currently set to (please seek advice from your web hosting provider if you are unsure about this)?
If it is below 64M can you increase it to at least that level?
Barry
MemberHi Bernhard! I’m told you should be safe to use Events Calendar PRO and fix the problem with multiple venues/organizers later on once that script is ready.
Barry
MemberOK, bear with me while I push this up to another team member.

MemberCan you try the following steps and report back?
- Ensure all of your Modern Tribe plugins are up-to-date and in-synch. If you are running The Events Calendar 2.0.11 for example then you must also run Events Calendar PRO 2.0.11
- Deactivate all other plugins; also, if you have been using a caching plugin, please clear the cache immediately before deactivating
- Revert to a default and completely unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve
- Now test to see if the problem still exists
- If that resolves the problem, please reactivate everything one-at-a-time until the problem returns – and take note of the last item you re-enabled before the problem returned
Thanks!

MemberInteresting; and do you have time to create and edit a further test event to see if the issue can be replicated that way?
Barry
MemberAh ok, sorry Amilkar I initially thought you meant that you were seeing this error in the admin environment rather than the front end. Bear with me while I run some tests locally.
Barry
MemberOK – I ask primarily because clicking through to either this or this event does not seem to result in the same problem?
If you now edit and save your test event will the same issue affect that event also?
Barry
MemberAnd can you detail the steps you are going through when this occurs?
Barry
MemberOK – to preserve your income you could always create the events directly on Eventbrite as an interim measure, not ideal but it would prevent disruption to your business.
Can you provide some details about your hosting environment? Who is the web host, what operating system is in use, what version of PHP (if you know how, please run the phpinfo() command and take a screenshot of the output to share with us). Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi Christina,
I have never heard of that plugin before but, sadly, some plugins do have irreconcilable conflicts.
Can you provide any more information (and even a URL for me to view the problem)? Are you unable to view any event content whatsoever, or are some things like single events pages and/or event widgets visible and functional?

MemberHi Anna. I visited your main calendar page and clicked through to an event without difficulty. Is there a specific example you can provide for me to look at?
Barry
MemberThanks for confirming: if you create a new event, again set in the future, does the same problem occur?
