MemberOK – well I’m not 100% sure if we can help there or not, but why not email my colleague Leah (send to [email protected], marking the email FAO Leah) and she’ll take things from there?
Thanks!

MemberHi Kent.
You should be able to find a widget called Events Calendar on your Appearance > Widgets page. If it helps (I know that can be a crowded page, depending on your theme and how many plugins are active) the widget description is:
A calendar of your events

MemberHi Alan,
Just to clarify: you want to list all attendees on the single event page?
One thing I’d point out is that this would really boil down to a list of names of those people who purchased tickets – so, A) the purchaser in each case might not be the same person as the attendee and B) if someone buys 5 tickets on behalf of a group we’ll still only have the name of the person who made the purchase.
So, while it’s definitely something that would be possible to do (and sounds like a great idea) I just wanted to appraise you that there are some possible downsides, too.

MemberHmm. I do notice that this event – which is affected by the problem – has indicators which suggest it might be set up as a recurring event, whereas this event – which seems unaffected by the problem – would appear not to be.
Do you think there is a link there – and could you share a screenshot of the event date/time settings (from the event editor) for the first of those events I mentioned?

MemberHi Aaron,
Unfortunately there is some broken functionality here for users of our core plugin and Eventbrite Tickets (ie, for those of you who are not using PRO). Thankfully though this has been fixed in our 3.0 code.
We would however be more than happy to provide you with a free copy of Events Calendar PRO 2.0.11 to basically “tide you over” until 3.0 arrives (at which point you can stop using PRO and, since this is a stop gap measure, please note that we would not provide you with a PRO license – we’d only provide the software itself, so you will not receive any updates).
If that sounds like a plan you are happy with, please email us ([email protected]) and include a link to this thread and we’ll send you a copy of The Events Calendar 2.0.11.
Thanks – and sorry for the inconvenience.

MemberAre you using template overrides (which would mean you have a directory within your theme called events … and if so might that also have been present in the default theme you used)?
Barry
MemberThanks Eugen.
I think to bring the default event page into line we’d need to make a few changes to your custom ecp-page-template.php (please see our themer’s guide and tutorial on template overrides for more on this, if you’re interested).
Otherwise I suspect we might need to add some new CSS rules to make the default page template play nicely … could I ask you to switch things back so I can take another look at that?
With all that said, though, I’m worried that the month view is inaccesible due to a conflict with WPML. I’m just chatting with other members of the team about that to see what we might be able to do there.
Are you in a position to (temporarily) deactivate WPML, flush the permalinks (by logging in and visiting Settings > Permalinks – you don’t actually have to save or change anything) then test if the month view becomes accessible? That would just help to narrow down the problem.

MemberI appreciate you indicated that you tried deactivating all other plugins (and switching to a default theme) – but can I just confirm that that didn’t solve anything?
What is Events > Settings > Template > Event Template currently set to and does the situation improve if you change this?
Barry
MemberSimone: if you’re happy to follow the guidance in that link and work things out that’s great – but at this point in time we can’t offer any further support in terms of helping you integrate with Gantry.
Our intention is to create a tutorial to guide you and other Gantry users and that tutorial should be available on or after The Events Calendar 3.0 is released. Until then I’m afraid there’s little else we can offer you.
Barry
MemberLet’s take this one step at a time 🙂
Are you seeing this problem with any of the default themes, such as Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve?
Barry
MemberCan you also let me know which template you are using (and can you try changing this to Default Events Template if you haven’t already done so, otherwise try a few other settings)?
The relevant admin page is Events > Settings > Template.

MemberCheers Andrew:
So long as you are happy for us to do some troubleshooting in the staging area then it would be much appreciated if you could send across (S)FTP access details and an admin login for WordPress, plus anything else you think might be handy for us (a control panel login for instance if that facilitates access to a tool like phpMyAdmin, or else SSH details to allow our dev to access the database by other means). Please send any credentials to [email protected], marking the email FAO Barry/Paul and linking back to this thread.
Our plan is for one of our devs, Paul, to take this on and he will run through the troubleshooting process – it may be he posts here to ask some questions before he actually does anything on the test site.
Last but not least, we would also be pleased to offer you access to our 3.0 beta code in case you wanted to try that out and perhaps see if that even resolves the problem for you. If you’re interested in this (and also if you have any further concerns or wish to discuss any aspects of the issue privately) please don’t hesitate to contact Rob at [email protected] and he will be happy to help.
Thanks once again for your patience and support 🙂
