    I purchased the Pro Plugin and I wonder how can I get a printable invoice for it.

    The receipts are generated by PayPal: are you able to print yours out using your email client’s print option?

    Yes, I’m able to print the receipt for the payment but it’s not what I need. I need an invoice which includes my company name, address and tax number, and I can’t print that from my PayPal account.

    OK – well I’m not 100% sure if we can help there or not, but why not email my colleague Leah (send to [email protected], marking the email FAO Leah) and she’ll take things from there?

    I just wanted to drop in here and let everyone know that we do not provide invoices for purchases. The closest alternative is the receipt you received via email when you made the purchase. I apologize for any inconvenience.

    Did you actually find a way to send invoices to your customers?
    otherwise it won’t make sense to buy the “business”-downloads and you and all your customers could get trouble with their bookkeeping-dpts.

    We certainly don’t want anyone getting in trouble. We are planning to make a few changes to our emailed receipt so that they can be used as an invoice for those customers who need them. I apologize for any inconvenience in the mean time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    I need an invoice in PDF or something I can print out. My accountant is asking me for those for orders #77581 and #41204. I cannot beleive you guys have not solved this problem yet. Please help.

    As mentioned above, we do provide receipts for your purchases. Those can be printed out as invoices. If you did not get a receipt, please email us at pro (at) tri.be and we’d be happy to resend those. I apologize for any inconvenience.
