MemberHi Chrysalis,
If you login to Eventbrite and click on My Events you should see a list of events. If you click on one of those events it will (hopefully) take you to a URL such as:
http://www.eventbrite.com/myevent?eid=1234567890
In the above example 1234567890 would be the event ID. Does that help at all?

How did you contact us – by email? If so and it got lost please accept our apologies. Can you try emailing again (send to [email protected] and put FAO Barry in the subject field) and I’ll do my best to ensure someone addresses this for you 🙂

MemberHi jadonulrich, can you provide a URL so I can see your site? Which file did you edit (and can you share the code via Pastebin or Gist)?
Barry
MemberHi Diane … is it possible you have a filter in place? If so you may need to clear the filters. If that doesn’t help please just let me know and we can investigate other avenues.
Barry
MemberNot really I’m afraid, other than by using your browser’s print capability – which we realize probably isn’t going to be satisfactory.
We are working hard on the next (more feature-driven) release and as I understand it that will include a print option and/or an export tool so you can take the attendee data and arrange and print it from another application.
Sorry we can’t do more on this occasion!

MemberHi Andreas,
WooCommerce is a plugin rather than a service – so it’s not really a matter of you and your clients having WooCommerce accounts so much as it is one of customizing WooCommerce so that it switches appropriately between each independent business owners’ particular payment gateway(s), shipping and tax settings.
From the sound of things it’s also likely that you’d need some sort of logic in place to handle scenarios where a customer selects multiple events pertaining to different businesses.
All I can really say is that this is rather out of the scope of support that we can provide and so if you have further questions along these lines it may be better to approach a suitably skilled designer/developer to thrash out your plans in more detail 🙂
Cheers,
Barry

MemberSo this will be fixed in 3.0, and in the interim what I’d recommend is avoiding the use of tags within titles just to keep things ticking over until that next release.
Does that work for you?

MemberHi Khaled, I’m just checking in to see if you had any other thoughts/concerns on this one? If not, or if you and you’re client are through the woods here, then I’ll close this ticket in a few days time.
Thanks!

MemberHi Ann Marie,
I can’t replicate that even if I edit and update – so on first impressions I tend to think it might be a conflict. If possible, can you run through these steps?
- Please ensure that your Modern Tribe plugins are up-to-date and in-synch … for instance if you are using The Events Calendar 2.0.11 you must also use Events Calendar PRO 2.0.11
- Deactivate all other plugins and change your theme to a default, unmodified one such as Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve
- Now test to see if the problem still exists
- If the problem has been solved by these steps, start reactivating everything one-at-a-time, testing at each point to see if the issue has returned
- If the issue does return, take note of whichever plugin (or theme) you reactivated immediately before it started again – it’s likely there is a conflict with this item

MemberHi Andreas,
I’m not quite sure I understand what you are envisioning.
In broad terms there is no reason why you couldn’t list events on behalf of multiple people/businesses and there are no inherent restriction in WooTickets that will stop you from linking those same events up for sale via WooCommerce.
However, if you then want those same external businesses’ payment gateways etc to be used your question really becomes one of, “Is this possible with WooCommerce?” Which isn’t really something I can advise you about.
If I’m misunderstanding at all, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Barry
MemberIt may not be related completed to your question, but I believe there was a conflict with this plugin (if that’s the one you are referring to) but it may have been fixed by this time: if you aren’t experiencing any issues however then that’s a good sign 🙂
I have a business directory I am wanting to connect my events to the businesses that have been created on those post types. Is there any issue in doing that?
None that I can think of, but I’m not familiar with that plugin and so all I can really suggest is giving it a try.
Barry
MemberGreat 🙂
Barry
MemberCan you share your code using a service like Pastebin or Gist? Unfortunately the forum doesn’t handle code very nicely.

MemberHi Gal,
You can probably get close to what you are trying to achieve with some CSS such as:
dt.event-label { float: right; }You could add this to your custom events.css code for instance (which normally starts as a straight copy of plugins/the-events-calendar/resources/events.css and would be placed inside your theme’s events sub-directory, which you would need to create if it does not already exist). For more complete instructions, please see:

* Template Overrides TutorialI hope that helps 🙂
