No help to offer, but does anyone know exactly when this bug was introduced? In other words, what previous version of ETP would work with EDD?
I had previously downloaded and used ETP 4.2.0, but might there be something between that and 4.3.4 that would be safe to use until the fix is in?
Thanks
barbackParticipantI had a similar problem some time ago, where WooCommerce would not proceed to checkout. I think it turned out to be a conflict with another plugin! Might have been JetPack.
Sorry the memory isn’t more precise, but you might try disabling other plugins and see if a transaction can go through.
Another site got hung up when I implemented some advanced cacheing….
hoping to be helpful.

But it doesn’t work as an alternative view if I use the list view as the default and want to allow folks to choose Day view.
List view works, because the first event in our calendar is the first day of the July festival. If they start there and want to see day view or week view, I’d like them to not come up empty.
If it can’t be done as a modification of the .php, I’ll have to provide menu links to the different views.
Thanks.
barbackParticipantUnfortunately this thread reported several different problems. Not sure which problem Gabriel is reporting solved. I’m going to give it a try and will report back in detail.
barbackParticipantI am also having this problem: customer sets qty to 1, but it reverts to zero when they click Add to Cart —
I had tried activating the collect attendee info feature on ONE ticket for one event — then it was broken. Other tickets for this event, created before updating to 4.1, seem OK.
A new replacement ticket created after I broke the one, also is broken, so it seems to be tickets created or edited with the new version, while tickets created with 4.0 allow purchases.barbackParticipantNot there when using EDD.

March 17, 2016 at 2:12 pm in reply to: Attendees List is missing purchaser name since 4.1 update #1090623barbackParticipantWhen I click the Export button I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_order() in /home/frien397/public_html/wp-content/themes/yoo_master2_wp/functions.php on line 82
I am using ET Plus with EDD.

barbackParticipantTurned off all plugins except The Events Calendar and then got proper month display on large screens with 2013, 2014, and 2015 themes. Turned plugins on one at a time and found the culprit: WP Social SEO Booster — an old, unsupported plugin my client must have installed themselves.
Leaving that deactivated, I went back to my theme and got the calendar to display properly. (I had to remove the snippet I had put in, following posts on this site.)
barbackParticipantYou wrote:
If you temporarily revert to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-fifteen with no customization, you will see what the default behaviour should be.No. I’ve tried twenty-fifteen, twenty-fourteen and twenty-thirteen. All show the monthly calendar with only dots. When You click the dot, nothing happens, When you click the date (#) a new window opens with the day view.
If I narrow my browser window to phone size, then clicking the dot, opens the events below the month grid.
I have disabled all plugins except The Events Calendar, and still have the same behavior.
I’d like to try re-installing The Events Calendar, as I don’t have this issue on other sites. If I delete the software so I can try a fresh install, will I also lose the events I have entered?
barbackParticipantI think the issue was a caching setting on WordPress (using WordFence Performance Settings) possibly combined with a user’s browser cache. I did some experiments on a test event, setting the end sale time within a few minutes and saw that the tickets were still available after the time had passed until I cleared site and browser cache. I now no longer have WP caching any url with /event/ at start but have no control over a user’s browser cache — or do I?
January 18, 2016 at 6:05 pm in reply to: Event with both ticket and RSVP options displays as FREE – $8 #1058227barbackParticipantBrilliant. Thanks!
barbackParticipantI hid the number of tickets sold by adding this to my custom css:
.tribe-tickets-remaining {display:none;}
barbackParticipantI reinstalled the plugins (ET and ETP) on one of the two sites — problem still existed.
I changed the setting of my private event to public and the problem went away!On the second site, I changed the private test event to public and the problem went away —
Somehow the private status of the event prohibited the url from being written with the /event/ part.
Again, I imagine that other people might be testing a feature of the plugin on an event they don’t want the world to see. Having it work properly on private events as well as public would be good!
