Ok, ignore me. I was fiddling around, and sure enough the update for both appeared on all my sites today. Is there ever a lag between the two?

    Thank you,
    Anthony

I’m not sure if I’m having the same problem or not, but I have 2.0.3 free and pro installed, as well as valid license keys in all of my sites. It is currently only showing that the free version has an available upgrade. The last time I only upgraded one but not the other, it created all sorts of issues. So, I want to be sure I know the necessary steps to make this upgrade go a bit smoother than the last one.

    Thank you,
    Anthony

Just a note, so I can follow the thread. I am having the same issue as Christina and Ben. The pop-up never comes. I will keep you posted if I notice anything different than already mentioned. I

Yes, it is, thank you, I guess I just didn’t know how to search for it. Thank you, I will comment over there.

May have been requested, but didn’t see it. A widget for “Today’s Event’s” or “Next ‘x’ day’s Events.”

I was just wondering the same thing.

Thank you, I haven’t quite worked all the bugs out of that yet either, you’ll notice that every now and then one of the events has too much left margin. I think there is probably a “n”th-child hiding somewhere, but otherwise it works.

    Horizontal: http://stthomaspeoria.org/

    Vertical: http://www.stjohnofthecross.org/school/experimental-page/?w3tc_preview=1
However, I can’t quite get this one working properly; it keeps going in reverse order. I think I just need to figure out how to get the widget to display in descending order.

Let me know what you think.

    Thank you,

Yeah, do you want links or source code? Also, to be perfectly honest, the code I’m using is found code from online tutorials. You will also see I haven’t quiet worked out all the details. Let, me know if you want me to email you, I have it from other conversations we’ve had.

    Thank you,

I think it would be great to show how to implement this with a new ticker so you can show how you can display a lot of events in a small area. I have been able to do this with some success, but I would love a rock solid way to do it.

Better yet, have it as an options for the Advanced Widget (Turn Slider on/off and Vertical/Horizontal).

Ok, so I started noting that there were some errors with recurring events across all the sites I use this plugin on. What was happening is on the single.php where it had a date for “Updated” and “Recurring.” Whenever these were displayed from the single.php information would appear in incorrect spots or not at all (in most cases). I fixed this problem by simply deleting these two fields from the single.php, and sure enough, the pages started displaying properly for all the events (not just recurring). That would lead me to believe that there is something wrong with those particular fields when displayed.

Anyway, I hope that helps you guys debug that; however, I am still having the 1970 error.

    Thank you,
    Anthony

Actually, I just went into the single.php and deleted. I asked the client if they wanted it anyway, and they didn’t. I will let you know if I have any additional trouble (however, the 1970 error is still persistent). Thank you for the quick replies.

    Thank you,

No this hasn’t been resolved. For instance, one of the events “Parish Office Closed” it shows that it dip lays the title in the title field and the date field, and then it doesn’t show the date at all.

I have not changed my permalinks recently, however, I did try using the permalink you prescribed to no avail. I also tried to turn off my plugins, and that didn’t seem to help either. I suppose the good news is I’m not the only one having this problem.
