I’m really sorry about this issue with Eventbrite imports. I just want to assure you that the developers are already working on a fix on high priority. I will add your voice to the bugticket as well and you will be notified here once the fix is released.
don’t release versions that don’t work
This is definitely not our intention. Before we release any update, fix, or feature, it goes through several stages of testing and Q&A to make sure all works well. Despite our best efforts and partially due to the different environments and setups users have it is impossible to test every scenario and occasionally bugs fall through the cracks.
This is where we need to rely on our users like yourself, who report these. It is much appreciated.
If you roll back to EBT 4.4.9 then it would be best to also roll back TEC and PRO as well:
- TEC 4.6.17
- PRO 4.4.27
The recent PRO might work as it is less tied to EBT, but I cannot guarantee that.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Thanks for the ping.
Both issues are in the proposal phase, meaning it is being proposed to be tackled soon.
All the proposed tickets will be looked at and prioritized. If it gets chosen then development can start on them. When the fix is ready it will go through 2-3 rounds of testing and QA. Once it passes it will make it into the upcoming maintenance release.
This is a somewhat lengthy process. The selection will happen sometime next week so I might be able to give you an update then. Both tickets are on high priority.

At the moment we don’t have a public facing status page for bugreports, so the best place is here in the Help Desk. You can ping us any time in the thread here and we’ll be happy to give you an update.
We have identified different paths we can take with this and currently it’s waiting for the manager to make a decision and choose one.
I know this has been sitting there for a while now and understand that the issue is frustrating. The options need to be carefully weighed, so that we can provide a 1) long-term solution that 2) works well for our users.
I believe the most time consuming part (info collection) of this is done, but I still need to ask you to hang in there a little longer. Rest assured, the bugticket is on highest priority and we are working on a solution.

I need to tell you upfront, I don’t speak Chinese / Mandarin, but I definitely like the challenge. 🙂 (At the moment nobody on our support team does.)
Please forgive me upfront if this will take a bit longer than expected. I’ll do my best to help you out.
A personal note for the beginning: I believe you can remove ‘index.php’ from your permalink structure, as it is not really needed. And your URL’s will look nicer that way. It should work without it. (To be sure, create a backup before.)
In the first URL, which doesn’t work, what is the “/所有/” part? What does it mean and what would you expect to show up on that page? Is that the all page?
If it is then try the following:
- make sure that the ‘all’ sting is properly translated in the tribe-events-calendar-pro-zh_TW.po file
- re-save your permalinks under Settings > Permalinks (just go there and hit save)
- clear your cache (browser cache and if you use a caching plugin, then that)

1. Can I make the month name show up at the top of the calendar?
At the moment this is not part of the shortcode functionality. I see your point though and created a ticket to include the titles when shortcodes are used.
Unfortunately I don’t have any workaround at hand. I will check with the team if anyone has an idea.
when you click to the next month (july) , the days of the week and month are no longer translated
I see the issue on your site. I tested this on my test site and there it worked well.
Are you using the latest versions of the calendar plugins as well as WPML?
Could you please share your system information with me?
What are your wpml Language URL format settings and your permalink settings? What is your main and your secondary language?
Did you try to clear the caches? (Caching plugin, WMPL cache, browser cache)
3. If you click on an event for july in the portuguese calendar and then click on the organizers name, it goes to an incorrect url with the word “organizer” translated ie “https://templodoser.org/organizador/renata-moura/?lang=pt-br” instead of the correct url which should be “https://templodoser.org/organizer/renata-moura/?lang=pt-br”
Can you give me more details on that?
The way I understand this:
- you are on the Portuguese calendar
- you click on an organizer, which should come up in Portuguese
- so the URL should be Portuguese (organizador)
- but it goes to the non-Portuguese url
By the way, I checked your site now and it went to ‘organizer’.
Can you give me some clarification on this?

That folder does not exist at start, you will need to create it.
The place for it would be in your active (child) theme’s folder. I see you are using a child theme for Divi. So in your case the place for the folder and file would be:
wp-content/themes/Divi-child-theme-01/tribe-events/tribe-events.css
(That is if I got your theme folder of “Divi-child-theme-01” right. 😉 )

Probably the easiest would be is removing the bottom border of the cells, like this:

I’m sorry to hear about that formatting issue.
This likely comes from your theme. Nonetheless I would be happy to take a look at it to see if I can help with a quick css fix.

Is it maybe visible when you visit it as a logged in user?
If you could share with me a url where the issue is visible I can take a look at it.
