    Good Morning,

    thanks for the information. But, the problem still exists. The currency symbol is in front of the valuer although the setup says different.

    Hi Andras,

    thanks for your answer. We are now a step further in the problem identification. The issue occurs only if you hava a weekly recurring event and it takes place twice a week. let say Thursday and Friday and you do the setup in the sane weekly entry (means highlight Thursday and Friday) If it is only one day in a week all works fine.

    Could pls try to test this case also in your environment. Thanks.

    Hi Andras,

    After several tests I found the following:

    the problem occurs only for custom fields and only if the custom field value are two words – means the data base request has to be completed by a special sign like “+” ode “%”.

    Maybe that helps additionally.

    thanks for your reply and sorry for the late answer but your mail was landed in my spam mail 🙁

    So, back to the topic.

    Yes, we use recurring events and we had the setup to “only show the first event”. I changed the setup accordingly but does not lead to a change.

    The problem still exists – and meanwhile we get claims from our organizer accordingly. So, independent which entry you select for “Dozentin/Dozent” – you never get a result. Only if you refresh the browser.

    We need urgently a solution for this problem.

    thanks for the further links, but still the snippets mentioned in the other thread does not work in our functions.php. Is there an option to get in contact with Cliff directly that he takes over this support ticket and I try to solve together with him the issue?

    Good Morning Jaime,

    thanks for your reply. But I afraid it’s still not the right solution for our topic. We have the issue, that the processing of a rsvp takes several seconds and the user does not know what’s going on. Therefore we want to push/print out a message “Your request is processing, please wait” or something like this.

    Can you give me a hin in which php the processing (after the user presses the button) of the rsvp takes place? Then we could place an output of such a message there. Or is there a better alternative available for that?

    My answers to your questions:

    1. Yes, this issue exists for all organizers with recurring events and only for recurring events
    2. You see the missing events if you click in the example on “show all events” : https://finde-deinen-malkurs.de/kurse/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=list&tribe_organizers=3995
    3. No, I can’t because there is another bug in your plugin (tickets) which prevents us to switch of the most current version

    thanks for your response. But this is not sufficient. Is there no chance to get a working snippet from you? At the end you know the programming logic at the best. Regarding custom field to show the processing message – How should we implement this in detail?

    sorry. You don’t understand my problem. It’s so sorry…

    I Do not use WooCommerce, as I mentioned before. We have only RSVP tickets, where the user book an eevent. But there is no payment involved.

    but this is not the problem! I installed the extension but there is no change.

    As I wrote, the cost field only disappears if I switch to the standard theme. But with our theme AVADA the field exist s but shows the wrong values.

    Again, in the default setup there is the currency symbol € and the position is after the amount. But in the single event it shows $ and in front of the amount.

    Pls help urgently

    Good Morning Victor,

    thanks for your message. I did now the following:

    1. deactivated the theme AVADA and activated the theme 2017 instead
    – the result was, that the area/panel to input the event costs disappeared completely!

    2. deactivated all plugins except the tribe plugins
    – no change
    3. I’ve updated the tribe ticket plus plugin to the recent version
    – no change
