it get even more strange ..
I created a new ticket with capacity 10. Then I sold one and the availability decreased to 9 – correct.
Then I updated the capacity to 12 – plus 2 – And the result is now an availability of 10 – but should be 11 ( 9 + 2).How can I provide a db-dump?
Any idea?
P.S. What is the meaning of shared capacity and own capacity? (only the shared capacity field is able to edit).

the issue still exists.
I use always my testkurs: https://finde-deinen-malkurs.de/kurs/testveranstaltung/ I increased the capacity to 50 ( and I’ve tested 41 sales). So the is the right information: 9 of 50 tickets available, but ….
in the backend it shows available = 0 !
And I use in my script the code:
$capacity = tribe_events_count_available_tickets();
<?php if ( tribe_events_has_tickets () && $capacity == 0 && ! tribe_is_recurring_event ( )) echo "– Leider schon ausgebucht –” ; ?>and it get’s obviously the result $capacity = 0
Any idea?

we do not use shared capacity.
I tested it again and documented with associated screenshots.- Starting point – an event with capacity 40, 37 sold, Available 0
- shows the booking screen – still 3 available
- edit the capacity – plus 1
- Result – capacity increase by one = 41 – Available still 0 🙁

Regarding the issue with the W3 total cache, we changed the setup meanwhile. So, we deactivated W3 Total Cache and installed and activated the WP Fastest Cache. We used this plugin already earlier last year. With this plugin the performance for all the event pages improved dramatically. We will continue for the time being this way. So, you can close the ticket with the W3 Total cache.

thanks for your reply. I found now an alternative way with option of our theme AVADA in combination with the plugin Profile Builder.

no, I don’t mean Custom field.
I’m talking about additional information assigned to a ticket. In tribe ticket plus there is the option to gather additional attendee information via so called fieldsets, e.g. the full name of an attendee. So the request is to access the values of fieldset by using php or a tribe function.Best regards

thanks for your response. Indeed it seems to be very complicated and even not successfull if we try to mix the community event form with ACF. At leasz as I understood.
So, what’a about the second option and use additional field from Tribe Pro to submit the requested information. So the only challenge is to NOT DISPLAY those information in the frontend. The problem seems to select one single additional field via a css selector.
Example: https://finde-deinen-malkurs.de/kurs/kunstakademie-bad-reichenhall-gerhard-almbauer-lorales-monets-seerosengarten-in-giverny/ – this is a single event view. In the sidebar there is the section called “Weitere Angaben” where all additional fields are displayed. How could we e.g. “Level” not display?
Any idea on this?

the issue is solved. After update of the setting in the backend (yes = show only the first occurance of an event series) the list view is in the right sequence.
