    Good Day from Germany,

    we use TEC Pro , Tickets and Tickets Plus. We sell only RSVP’s and we collect additional attendee information for each ticket.
    We use (since a long time) W3 total cache plugin for caching.

    We recently updated all the TEC plugins to the latest release. We have a forms added to all tickets to collect additional attendee information. If we have activated the cache plugin these forms disappear respectively are not shown. If we deactivate the plugin – the forms appear.

    Any idea for that?

    Hallo nochmal,

    W3 total cache has a lot of setting options. Might be that one of those settings in interfering with the fields somehow. Only way to test this is deactivating all settings and re-activating them one-by-one to see which one is causing the issue.

    Do you maybe get an error in the browser console when you have W3TC active and you load a page with form fields. That could give a lead on this.

    Is this only happening with the most recent versions? Was it working OK with previous ones?

    schön, von dir zu hören. Wie geht’s, wie steht’s?

    Regarding the issue with the W3 total cache, we changed the setup meanwhile. So, we deactivated W3 Total Cache and installed and activated the WP Fastest Cache. We used this plugin already earlier last year. With this plugin the performance for all the event pages improved dramatically. We will continue for the time being this way. So, you can close the ticket with the W3 Total cache.
