Hey Matt. Thanks for the follow-up; Paul’s out on vacation this week and I was out last (August is traditionally kind of a slow-down month for us), but I’m happy to field this to another developer since I want to get this resolved for you. Let me see if Ryan from our team can advise on this. Stay tuned and thanks again for your patience so far.

Fantastic to hear, Richard – thanks for confirming as much. Glad to be of service; it sounds like you’re set here, but if you need anything else in the future please don’t hesitate to let us know. We appreciate your support and are always happy to help when we can.

Hi again Carlos. Just wanted to follow-up to confirm that I had Paul, from our dev team, take a look here. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a good way of accomplishing what you’re asking. If we see enough enough user demand for this feature, we could make it possible in future versions, although it would be a non-trivial change.

I’ll keep watching for other requests and we’ll definitely take action on this if they arise. In the interim, though, it may be best to either find another solution or build something directly. Hope this helps and sorry I couldn’t offer up more.

Hey Michael. Ah, this one appeared to slip through the cracks this time around…not sure how that happened but my apologies. I will get you responses here and we’ll make sure to keep an eye on this thread going forward.

    1) The easiest resolution is usually the template tweak route; did that yield no results? If so, let me know and we can try to give specific integration guidance as best we can.
    2) Ah, gotcha. OK — you’ll probably need to modify the existing form template, which is a bit outside the scope of what I can advise on. Does the plugin dev provide code or a tag for excluding their plugin or is it all handled within the settings? I’ll probably need a dev on our end to advise here, based on your response.
    3) This is confirmed as a bug that we’ve since fixed for the next (1.0.3) release, which should be out the first week of September. Thanks for your patience on it in the interim.

Hope that helps. Let me know your other thoughts or ideas on the points above and we’ll do what we can from there.

Hey Mike. Thanks for reaching out here, and my apologies for the inconvenience you’ve faced so far. I may be misunderstanding your issue…but it looks like you’ve got this resolved already? When I go to the broader calendar at the link you provided, I was able to click into the event you had there – http://thepaintandpour.com/event/paint-party-at-studio-west/ – without issue.

Please let me know if I’ve misunderstood and we’ll get you what you need from there.

Glad to hear you’re squared away here, Roxanne, and that it was a straightforward/painless process. Thanks for bearing with us on that end.

And of course, if you need anything else in the future…do let us know.

Hey Torstein. It could be; I’m not sure myself, and Jonah is out on sabbatical the next few weeks…but I’ve asked Casey from our community team to take a look and confirm re: your last point best he can. Stay tuned here!

Hey Larry: I still haven’t heard back from Rachel in the other thread, so we may want to assume that she’s moved on and try to figure this out here.

Joyce, can you please run this up the ladder with the dev team?

Hey Michael. Thanks for the note here, and for your purchase of Events Calendar PRO. We appreciate the support and I’m happy to answer these questions best I can:

    1. Single day view can be accessed by clicking on a specific date from the events calendar (grid) view. Here’s an example from our demo site: http://demo.tri.be/events/2012-08-30/. I got there by clicking the “30” in the grid.
    2. You should definitely add the image within the event details, but I’m a bit confused as to what you’re doing here. Any chance you can provide a link to the site or the code you’re using? We can try to help figure that out for you from there.

    Cheers!

Hey Ray. This should be easy; check out the tutorial here (https://theeventscalendar.com/renaming-the-calendar-to-something-other-than-calendar-of-events/) and links within it, and let me know if you still have any questions or encounter difficulties along the way.

Ah, gotcha. I understand – sounds like this was an issue of attempting a fix that was already incorporated, right? Let me know if I’m misunderstood. Otherwise if you notice any other weird behavior or issues related to this…please let us know.

Awesome to hear. Sounds like you’re all set here, Abdylas, but please do let us know if we can do anything else down the road.

There is definitely a possibility of conflicts with the Super Cache plugin…I would say if you ever find changes not being reflected or something similar to test deactivating that or at least factor it into your testing.

Just responded to the other issue, too, so it sounds like you’re set here. Let me know if not, though, or if we can do anything else. Cheers.

Hi Caroline. Thanks for the follow-up, and my apologies that this slipped through the cracks until now. So you’re trying to show an event that runs late into the night (technically the next morning), but you don’t want it to show as a two-day event (since it technically isn’t)…right?

If so, there is a setting option that should help you with this: go into Events -> Settings and look for the Multiday Event Cutoff option. Sounds like it’ll help you out here but let me know if not.
