MemberThanks for posting this, Liana. Makes perfect sense. Good question – that’s a bit outside my area of expertise but I’ve got our developer Jonah looking at it now; expect a response over the next 24 hours.
Rob
MemberHey Al. Got the developer to take a look at this; but we’re not seeing any of the Gravity Forms-related code in the functions.php you included in that Pastie link. Did you remove it before pasting?
Rob
MemberHi Reji. I checked this over with the developer today and it looks like I’d misunderstood. Any change to a single event will break it out of the series – it can’t be any other way with the architecture we went with for recurring events.
All recurring events are really just one WordPress post that have multiple start dates so if you change any one thing then the whole thing has to change, or you have to break out that change into it’s own event.

MemberWe actually had a number of beta testers working on Thesis and none of them had reported this issue. It’s quite possible it was introduced in a recent code change when we overhauled the template tags, etc.
The issue with the website reseting itself is not a bug with the plugin, it’s an integration problem. I can get a developer to take a look at this as well as the widget.
Rob
MemberNot yet. We’re putting together a blog post on it this week that’ll be posted here at at the site.

MemberWe are currently testing ECP against WPML so that there’s ensured integration in a future release, but I haven’t heard of anyone for whom it straight up isn’t working. Are you on the latest version of WordPress, and have you tested it on the 2011 theme?

MemberSure. Can you give me the plugin names, so we can try to test against those for a future release?
Rob
MemberThanks for confirming, Bill. As I’m unable to recreate that on my default 2011 theme, my guess is this is a conflict with your theme.
Can you let me know A ) whether the issue persists when you revert to the 2011 theme, and B ) what theme you’re currently using?
Rob
MemberIf it’s not in the code base, it will be included in a future release. As noted above I need to get a developer to take a look but should have a response shortly.

MemberHey Darren. Good question; not sure how to do this myself but I can get our developer Jonah to take a look. I’ve sent this his way for review and so you should have an answer shortly.
Rob
MemberHi Andrzej. I’m not aware of any methods off-hand, unfortunately…does the plugin not treat events like the rest of the posts?
Rob
MemberThis should be doable. I’ll get our developer Jonah to take a look and respond directly.
Rob
MemberThanks Al. I’ve got our developer taking a look at this now.

MemberI haven’t seen anything on the forum indicative of that, but that’s not to say it hasn’t been done. You want to do this without using the widgets?
Rob
MemberHey Scott. Thanks for the note on this; what you’re requesting in #1 sounds like it could be somewhat complex but I’d rather have a developer take a stab at that than I. As such I’ve passed it on to our dev Jonah for review.
The next event widget does not show the thumbnail by default – I’ll also get Jonah to chime in as to whether that’s doable. Expect a response sometime today.
