MemberHey Chris. This is unfortunately a known bug with how the system treats contributors; we’re on track to have it fixed for the 2.1 release. Sorry I couldn’t offer up more in the short-term.
Rob
MemberHey Max. Sounds like you’re facing the same problem we discussed over here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/filters-columns-messed-up/. Any chance you can give the suggestion there a go and let us know (in that thread, so the discussion is tracked) what it yields?
Rob
MemberHey Michael. This is a bizarre issue; are you sure there isn’t a conflict with your theme or another plugin at play here? Would be great if you were in a position where you could test deactivation of other plugins (and the theme, if necessary) to identify whether there’s a conflict at play. Let me know wat that yields up and we can keep troubleshooting as needed from there.
Rob
MemberHey Michael: happy to try to and help you out here. Any chance you could share a link to the site or a screenshot of what you’re seeing as well?

MemberCam: if you plug your license key in on Settings -> The Events Calendar (and it is verified as legit) you should be given an update prompt on the plugins list. Can you give that a go and let me know what it turns up?
February 13, 2012 at 8:26 am in reply to: Problem with Role Scoper after upgrading from 1.6.x to 2.0.3 #15061Rob
MemberThanks man – noted. This is helpful and gives us what we need to test against.
Rob
MemberHi there kthxbye. It’s very possible there is a conflict with Obox Mobile (I’m assuming that’s another plugin). We haven’t done anything to optimize the plugin for mobile yet on our end so it’s definitely possible that if you’re using a third-party plugin here, it could be creating an issue. Does that sound like it could be possible?
February 10, 2012 at 7:04 pm in reply to: Problem with Role Scoper after upgrading from 1.6.x to 2.0.3 #15026Rob
MemberHey Jason. Thanks for the heads up; you’re talking about this plugin, right (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/role-scoper/)? Let me know. No guarantees, but I’m putting together a list of plugins to test against for 2.1 to see if we can ease integration between them & PRO, so I’ll add that to the list if you verify it is indeed what you’re talking about. Apologies for the inconvenience though….glad to see your workaround is sufficient for now.
February 10, 2012 at 7:02 pm in reply to: Displaying Custom Field Attributes on Frontend in Custom Template File #15025Rob
MemberHi Ken. Thanks for the follow-up; I’ll have Paul take another look when he hits the forums next.
Rob
MemberHi Dan. Thanks for the heads up; doesn’t look like that’d be too complicated at first glance, but it’s outside my area of expertise…so let me get a member of the dev team to take a look and respond if they have any suggestions. Jonah will take a look Monday when he hits the forum next!
Rob
MemberLooks like this is being discussed in two locations, so I’ve responded at the thread where there’s more context (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/calendar-view-reporting-incorrect-url-2/#post-15022). Let’s keep it going over there. Thanks!
Rob
MemberJeremy: are you running Yoast? If so, can you check the option in my previous message and see if it’s the cause? We can keep looking into it for you from there if not.
Rob
MemberHi Daniel. Thanks for the note; sorry to hear you’re having issues. At first glance it looks like you’ve done everything right, so let me get our dev Jonah to take a look here when he hits the forums next (Monday) and he can point you in the right direction. Apologies for the inconvenience in the interim.
February 10, 2012 at 6:55 pm in reply to: cannot change end time of an event (back end and front end show differently) #15020Rob
MemberThanks for the thought here, Quentin! We’re going to see if we can resolve that for a future release so that custom date/time formats work better.
Tracy: any chance that could do the trick in your situation?

MemberAlright, thanks for confirming. This is a bit outside my area of expertise but let me see if one of our devs has any suggestions here. I’ll get them to chime in with any thoughts they have when they hit the forum first thing Monday.
