Problem with Role Scoper after upgrading from 1.6.x to 2.0.3

I’m having a problem with all my existing Venues being able to be seen by my Editors, I have assigned them the appropriate Roles, but Existing Venues just don’t show up? They can create new venues.

Also having problems even getting Event Categories showing up at all for Editors. Menu Item doesn’t even appear?

Not having the same problem with Events or Organizers for what its worth.

For the time being I just disabled Role Scoper Realm on Events Calendar Taxonomies and Post Types. I can live with that for now. But something you might want to look into and work with the Role Scoper Dev on.

Hey Jason. Thanks for the heads up; you’re talking about this plugin, right (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/role-scoper/)? Let me know. No guarantees, but I’m putting together a list of plugins to test against for 2.1 to see if we can ease integration between them & PRO, so I’ll add that to the list if you verify it is indeed what you’re talking about. Apologies for the inconvenience though….glad to see your workaround is sufficient for now.

Yes correct Rob. This is a plugin that gives WP more of CMS like functionality allowing you much greater flexibility of managing users/roles etc. I think the developer is pretty helpful for trying to resolve incompatibilities with other plugins as I see frequent updates to Role Scoper specific to compatibility issues.
