    Regarding Woocommerce, the date you see when you access your order page corresponds to the purchase date (screenshot here).

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    Could you please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush? No need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it. Be sure to clear your site cache and browser cache after this change.

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for sending us your test results!

    Could you please temporarily disable one of your plugins, “Envira Gallery – Defaults Addon”, and let me know if everything works as expected after that?

    I’m asking this because other users in the past reported this exact same js error and this plugin was the source of the conflict. If the issue persists, try disabling all Envira Gallery plugins.

    If you verify that this is the source of the conflict in your case as well, please let me know.

    I believe the snippet you mentioned is outdated, but there’s an alternative:

    With this code, the site-admin email will receive a copy of all Event Tickets’ RSVP emails.

    Please add this code to your theme’s functions.php file (without the <?php opening tag) and let me know how that goes!

    Hi there,

    To achieve what you want and change the excerpt lengths please add the following snippet in the end of your theme’s functions.php file:

    In this example your excerpt length will be changed to 300.

    I’ve inspected your Event Aggregator license key in our server and it looks like the imports are running properly (our server is collecting the info from Facebook), but based on what you described they are not being sent to your site.

    To get started, could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Help and share a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status? Do you see any errors in there?

    Also, please head over to Events > Import > History and send us a screenshot of this page: if you find red exclamation marks, please hover over them and let me know what is the message you see.

    This sounds like a plugin or theme conflict as I’m not able to reproduce the error in my own WordPress install.

    To get started, could you please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date?

    If the issue persists after the update, I would recommend you to open up your browser’s console and verify if there are any relevant javaScript errors in there.

    If you find an error, I would recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).

    Yes, it is possible to use Event Tickets without The Events Calendar. To enable tickets on posts and pages, please access your Dashboard and head over to Events > Tickets and enable the options on “Post types that can have tickets”.

    Right now you have a Personal license for Events Calendar PRO, which grants you updates and support for a year on 1 site. To be able to use your license key on more sites, you can upgrade your license to Business by following the steps explained here:
