MemberHey Arley,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
What I mentioned to Meesha is that If you want to use Event Tickets Plus on your staging wpengine hosted site, you don’t actually need to include a serial key/migrate your license from production site. For your staging site, you can download and install the latest release (from your downloads section) and ignore any warning messages.
Bear in mind that with this method you won’t receive any automatic plugin updates in your staging site (you’ll have to update all premium plugins manually).
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please open a new topic for further assistance.
Thanks,
Patricia

MemberHi Graham,
I’m sorry to hear that you are getting this 404 error now, let me help you to solve this!
Can you please confirm that both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are up to date? The latest versions are 4.6.1 and 4.4.18. After that, please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it). Be sure to clear your site cache and browser cache after this change.
Does it help you to solve to solve the problem? If the issue persists, please let me know and I’ll be happy to further investigate your case.
Thanks!

MemberHey Kevin,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, this is an issue we are already aware of and the team will address it in a future maintenance release of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report so we can let you know as soon as a bugfix is released.
In the meantime, we have a workaround that will force the currency symbol to always be before the price. You should place the following code snippet into your theme’s functions.php file:
add_filter( 'tribe_reverse_currency_position', function(){ return null; } );I apologise for the inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience.
Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems to import your events! Let me help you to solve this!
I’ve reviewed your new license and it doesn’t seem to have a problem: it is valid and active as I can see from here.
Can you please go to Events > Settings > APIs tab and under Facebook click “Refresh your connection with Facebook” button to see if it changes anything?
If the issue persists after trying to refresh your connection, I would suggest you to click on “Disconnect” and after that reconnect to Facebook again.
Also, if you access Events > Help > Event Aggregator System Status, do you see any errors?
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best Regards,
Patricia

MemberHey Graham,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Can you please confirm that both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are installed and up to date? You can download the latest versions here.
If both plugins are installed and up to date but the issue persists, please share your system info with us.
Also, I would suggest you to use Chrome Developer Tools to spot any console errors in your site. Access your event submission page (using Google Chrome) and press F12. After that click on the Console menu and send us a screenshot / let us know if you see any errors in there.
Thanks!

I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems with your calendar! Let me help you to solve this!
Can you please access your Dashboard and head over to Events → Settings → Display and make sure that the Week view is enabled?
If you disable a calendar view, it will return a 404 error and I believe that’s the cause of the issue you are experiencing.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!
