MemberGarreth,
Thanks for your patience on this. Here’s the updated code for the ‘Event List’ widget:
add_action( 'wp_print_styles', function(){ wp_dequeue_style( 'widget-calendar-pro-style' ); } );
Please let me know if this works for you,
Have a great Friday,
NicoNico
MemberHey Paul,
I’m happy to say the problem is solved 🙂
Re-installing the plugins got PRO running – before it wasn’t running at all that’s why the license tab as not showing. That solved half of the problem. The 404 you where seeing was caused by having ‘List view’ disabled but at the same time it was the default view. So the calendar was calling a disabled view resulting in the 404 error. Enabling the ‘List view’ made the calendar link work again.
I’ll try to reproduce this miss-configuration on my end, and test if this is a legit bug generated while updating the plugin.
Thanks again for your patience and trust,
I’m really happy this is finally solved!
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Allison,
Thanks for the follow-up! I see what’s happening now.
Can you please go through the steps provided in out Testing for conflicts guide? That way we can discard conflicts with other plugins or the theme.
I see you have license for Events Community, PRO and FilterBar. Are you using all plugins in your site? Have you updated them to 3.10 version?
Hope we can make this right soon,
Best,
NicoNico

MemberStephan,
Thanks for the follow-up and glad to hear you could make it work!
Regarding the widget issue: Can you delete it from your sidebar and add it again? Are you sure you have events to show?
Could you go through the steps described in the Testing for conflicts guide? Do you have a URL you can share with me to see the site? Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey Gareth,
Sorry for the delay in my reply, I was testing the code provided with mini-calendar widget but just realized, the style it’s being included in your site by event-list widget. My bad. I’ll get back to you tomorrow morning!
Thanks for your patience,
NicoNico
MemberPaul,
Thanks for the follow-up, and also for contacting WP-Engine about this. If they need to reach us, they can do it at support /a/ theeventscalendar.com.
One thing that will confirm if this is an specific issue between WP-Engine and version 3.10 of our plugins, is to create a fresh WordPress site in WP-Engine, then install both The Events Calendar/PRO 3.10 and test to see if the issue is still happening. Do you think you can do that? If not I’ll ping my manager about it, and see if I can do it for you.
Hope we can get this sorted soon,
Best,
NicoNico
