MemberHi Steffen,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for reaching out to us! Sorry to hear about the issue you are having, I’ll try to help you out on this 🙂
Also thanks for trying our Fixing 404 errors guide before posting, sorry that didn’t help at all – I must admit this issue seems rather strange.
Can you confirm this is still happening with default theme and other plugins deactivated? Have you updated the plugin from a previous version? Can you point me to another non-recurring event where this is also happening?
Please let me know about those,
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHi Mathisj,
Welcome to our support forums 🙂
Strange thing happening there! I’m seeing you already tested this with default TweentyFifteen theme and other plugins deactivated, can you confirm this? If we discard a conflict with other plugins/theme, I’ll try to reproduce this locally and see why the map is not showing up at all.
Please let me know about this,
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHi Paul,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll try to help you out on this, I’m sure we can find a way around this.
Can you describe how you set the header image for the other pages? Is it the page ‘featured image’?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Justin,
Thanks for the quick follow-up! I get you know.
In that case you could create different event categories for each type of event. Once you categorized the events, you can link to each specific category. For example: http://your_site.com/events/category/chicken/, there they will only see ‘Chicken’ events in the calendar. Do you think this might work for your case?

MemberHi motherstrust,
Thanks for reaching out to us, and sorry to hear you’re experiencing this display glitches.
Both issues seem related to how the theme is displaying the calendar. I’ll take a look and see which lines are generating the display “errors”.
1. At the top next to “VIEW AS:” text is superimposed
Line 1962 of the theme’s CSS stylesheet -located at wp-content/themes/advocator/css/styles.css- is affecting this, please comment it out.
.tribe-select2-results-views span[class^="tribe-icon-"], .tribe-bar-views-list span[class^="tribe-icon-"], .tribe-bar-view-list a[class*="tribe-icon-"] {
padding-left: 0;
}
2. Third event listed, the info displays to the right instead of underneath.
This is happening because title text is too short. To prevent this, you can add this line to your theme’s CSS file:
/* at line 2001 of the file you have the following selector, please add the display: block; line to it*/
.tribe-events-list .vevent.hentry h2 {
font-weight: 500;
display: block;
}
Please apply these changes and let me know if display gets fixed,
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey Aaron,
Thanks for the quick follow-up!
From what I see in the sys info you shared, yo don’t have Event Calendar PRO installed. Can you confirm this? Both Photo view and Mini Calendar Widget are features enabled by Event Calendar PRO.
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHi Paul,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you are facing problems with the translation of your site 🙁
We are now hosting our translations at translations.theeventscalendar.com. German translation seems to be 100% complete, so please re download MO and PO files, and replace the ones you have with these ones.
Please let me know how that goes,

MemberHi Christina,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Sorry to say I’m a bit confused about your inquire.
I’ve used WooCommerce combined with The Events Calendar Woo Tickets, but it wasn’t functioning like I’d hoped it would.
Can you please elaborate a bit on this? Was it a technical issue? Maybe it didn’t work as you expected?
Is Woo Tickets better? I want my site to function just like EventBrite!
You mean EventBrite Tickets?
Please let me know about those,
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHi Justin,
Thanks for your interest on out products, I’ll try to help you decide if they fit your needs.
Can you place multiple calendars on the same page displaying different events?
No, but the calendar view will display multiple events taking place the same day. You can check out that here: http://wpshindig.com/events/. If this doesn’t answer your question, please tell a bit more about what you are expecting to achieve.
Does the Facebook plugin bring the Cover photo over also?
Yes, Facebook Events imports the cover photo and makes it featured image of the event.
Please let me know if you have any other question,
Best,

MemberHi Elizabeth,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll try to help you out on this. Also thanks for the heads up related to the similarity between Chamber Dashboard Event Calendar, and our own product. Both plugins use WordPress base UI, so that’s the main cause for the similarity
Regarding the plugin recommendation, I’m sorry to say you’ll need to give the plugins a try! Hopefully they play nice with our products, but you still need to make sure they also work with each other. For the job board you can try WP Job Manger, it looks like a solid option.
To test the compatibility between plugins I suggest the following process:
1- Create a new WordPress install and leave default ‘TweentyFifteen’ theme active.
2- Install The Events Calendar, PRO and Community.
3- Test the site.
4- Install one of the plugins -lets say the Job Board-.
5- Test plugins compatibility.
6- Disabled the plugin installed at step 4.
7- Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6, for each plugin.
8- Activate all plugins.
9- Re-test compatibility.
10- Install the site theme.
11- Re-test compatibility.That way you should be able to identify compatibility issues between plugins, one at the time.
Please let me know about how this goes,
Best,

MemberHi Aaron,
Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the support forums!
This might be a conflict between installed products versions. Can you please share your system info with me? Please check this knowledge base article about Sharing your system information, if you prefer to do so you can mark your reply as private.

MemberHey Carlo,
Thanks again for your patience on this!
Let’s dig into #2 then. From what you described the permissions problem is not happening anymore, so this only refers to the ‘ticket_class.sales_end’ 404 error, right?
Fist thing to do is to discard conflicts with other plugins, or the theme itself. To do please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide. Also if you are on a test site and can do so, please remove all EB synced events.
If the problem persists with the default WordPress theme and just Modern Tribe plugins active, I’ll try to reproduce it on my end. Please describe any configuration on the WordPress site and or on the EventBrite events that you think might be affecting this.
Looking forward to solving this,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberSorry to hear 🙁
So the customization doesn’t seem to be the problem. Can you test if it works just with Divi theme and calendar plugins? Maybe it’s another plugin generating the conflict with Divi. Another thing worth trying is, deleting the widget and adding it back again.
If it still doesn’t work, I’ll try to reproduce it on my end and see where the problem is coming from.
Thanks for the patience so far,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Stephen,
Glad to have you as a customer now 🙂
This doesn’t require configuration at all, just try to subscribe to the URL in your iCal (or other email software): webcal://your_site_url.com/events/ical . That should work! To test it be sure to create a couple of new events on your website.
If you think you need further assistance on this, please open up a new thread in the Events Calendar PRO forum. Someone in the support team will be happy to help you out. We try to keep this forum just for pre-sales questions.
Welcome on board,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Phil,
