RSS Feed to personal calendars

Does the RSS feed synchronize with other personal calendars such as iCal for Macs, google calendar and Outlook Calendar etc

That is indeed possible, you can try to do so with our test site feed: webcal://wpshindig.com/events/ical – if that doesn’t work for one of the options you mention you can try with ical:// or http:// protocol.

Now that I have bought the pro version do you offer support to log in to our website to set it up.

What we are trying to do, is allow people to subscribe to the The Events Calendar where each new event automatically goes in to their personal computer calendar i.e. can we have a calendar subscription as opposed to a calendar export. If so – can you tell me how to do this or what the code would be and where do put it, as there doesn’t seem to be any of this functionality in the settings of the plug-in?

Hi Stephen,

Glad to have you as a customer now 🙂

This doesn’t require configuration at all, just try to subscribe to the URL in your iCal (or other email software): webcal://your_site_url.com/events/ical . That should work! To test it be sure to create a couple of new events on your website.
