MemberHi Miah,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Can you please open up a new thread for this? Having just a user/issue per thread usually makes them move faster. When creating the new thread please be sure to Test for conflicts and include you system information, that will surely help getting a better answer. You can also include a link to this thread if you want.
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’ve checked you site and this seems to be fine. Could you find a way around this?
Timezone in WordPress is set to America/Los Angeles, is that correct? If it isn’t maybe you just need to adjust that setting from WP-Admin > Settings > General > Timezone.
Please let me know about this,
Best,

MemberHowdy integrated94,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us.
Looking into this on you site I noticed there’s a javascript error on the events list page, that is affecting the view ‘selector’ in the ‘Events bar’, and I guess it could also be affecting the title.
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Please let me know about the results of the test,
Best,
NicoPS: I’ve edited you original post as you requested.

MemberHowdy goodwebsites,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us.
Just to be sure I understand your need, let me re-check what you ask here. You want to add a link to the individual events page -http://www.broxy.co.nz/event/waiuku-camp-2- to go back to the month view on the corresponding month for that event -http://www.broxy.co.nz/calendar/2015-09-, right?
Please confirm this is what you are looking for and I’ll craft a snippet for you,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHowdy Eve,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to hear about your issue, I’m sure we will get this right soon!
I checked the site, and I see it’s working fine here: http://www.universitybiblechurch.com/events/ – maybe I miss-understood what you described?
Please let me know about this,

MemberHi Jason,
Thanks for the follow-up! Sorry to hear that getting the shortcode right didn’t fix the problem 🙁
Review our conversation so far I see this is still unanswered, so before continuing the troubleshooting on this I would like to discard any potential conflicts with the theme or other plugins, Can you confirm this please?
I see you marked this was tested with default theme and no other plugins active, Was the issue still present with that configuration? If you haven’t tested though please do so and let me know about the results.
Thanks a lot,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Ashley,
Thanks for doing so, as I said before smooth integration with theme vendors is something we surely look forward to!
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to help.
Best,

MemberHey Ashley,
Thanks for the follow-up! Sorry to hear that should work but it didn’t.
You can always buy the PRO version -which includes support-, and we can help you out integrating the calendar with your theme – if that’s possible at all. In case this isn’t possible or require a customization level you are not capable of doing you can always ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you want to insist with your theme developers -before lowering the rate- you can tell them to contact us at support /at/ theeventscalendar.com to work this out together. We are always willing to work with theme developers, so they can fully support our products.
Hope you can work this out,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Arsen,
Thanks for the follow-up! Going over the process on my end I think this might be a miss-understanding of how Access Control works in Community Events. Let me explain a bit to make sure we are on the same page.
‘Access Control’ options work this way:
– Block access to WordPress dashboard: enable this option to block users from accessing the WP backend and hide the admin bar in the front-end.
– Roles to block: select which roles are going to be affected by the above setting.Does this makes sense with the issue you are having? If not please elaborate a bit more on the issue you are having because I’m not sure we are understanding the same here.
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHi Ashley,
Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to say we don’t provide support for Core -Free- version of our plugin here. This is forum is just for pre-sales questions.
We provide limited support to free users at WordPress.org plugin support forum. Also I’m not familiarized with how The7 theme work, so I can’t even guess on why that’s not working.
Events Calendar Pro comes with a built-in photo view that uses masonry, you can check that here: http://wpshindig.com/events/photo/. So I guess it’s possible to make this work, probably adding some custom code or modifying the events template, again not sure how The7 works so this are just guesses.

MemberHey ngaire,
Thanks for the follow-up!
Ok, so having them duplicate also in the back-end indicates this is not a display (front-end) error.
Did this started after updating the plugin or making some other change to the site?
I see you have W3 Total Cache active, have you tried to flush/empty all caches? Also, Can you try and delete one of the ‘duplicates’ in the backend?
If you create a new event with some recurrent pattern does the same thing happen?
Sorry for the bunch of follow-up questions, just trying to figure out whats causing this,
Best,
NicoNico

MemberHey Dwayne,
Thanks for the follow-up!
I’m sorry but there’s no easy way of looping in your developer, what is suggested in this cases is setting up a filter to redirect emails from @theeventscalendar.com to your developer email, take a look at this: Automatically forward emails to another account.
Regarding the map view issue I think it can be related to the theme. We are aware there are a couple of incompatibilities between our products and the Genesis Framework. So first thing to do will be to follow the steps provided in our Testing for Conflicts guide. If this is only happening with Centric theme active, the next step will be to try the tips suggested in the following article: Genesis Theme Framework integration.
I saw no conflicts with the Google Maps API, and also the map is showing correctly in the individual event page. So I guess it’s some kind of conflict.
Please let me know about how these tests go,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Ruud,
Thanks for the follow-up and sorry for the delay on my reply!
I found the broken ‘all listing’ for ‘Jandino Asporaat’ event you point me to, but I couldn’t find any other example to try and see a pattern on this issue.
First please try resetting permalinks in your site – WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes. If this doesn’t solve the problem next will be to troubleshoot a bit further on this by following the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide. Please try that out and let me know about the results.
Additionally can you try to create again the ‘Jandino Asporaat’ to see if this fails with new events also o just existing ones?
I have some backups put back
Can you explain a bit what you did here? Did you revert the plugin update or restore your database?
I see that if you are a new voorstellingto evoegd of 31 July 2015 to 9 August 2015 that the calendar is September 8 turns.
Sorry but I don’t understand what you tell me here 🙁
Please let me know,
Best,
NicoNico
