ParticipantGood evening,
every time I make a new event creation and choose recurrent then only the first date filled with the event. Also on the website it seems that there are multiple events but when you click on it you get a 404 error page.
All previously posted events now deliver error messages!
I hope this is resolved soon, for me, a feature I can not live without.
Sincerely,
RuudJuly 31, 2015 at 6:33 am #992074Nico
MemberHi Rud,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Sorry to hear about your inconveniences with recurring events. Hopefully we can make that right soon 🙂
I’ve check your site, both single event (http://www.theaterreserveringen.com/event/billy-elliot-de-musical/2015-08-02/) and all event listing ((http://www.theaterreserveringen.com/event/billy-elliot-de-musical/all/) seem to be working fine -at least for the events I checked.
Can you point me to a broken event/ event listing please? Also did this behavior started after you updated the plugin or migrate the site or any other particular change you can recall?

Sorry to say I don’t clearly understand what you are describing here, Can you elaborate a bit?
Please let me know about those,
Best,

ParticipantHi Nico,
I have some backups put back, partially works now but there are still a number of shows where it goes wrong, see for example;
http://www.theaterreserveringen.com/events/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=list&tribe-bar-date=2016-03-25
Jandino Asporaat.
The problem came after the update of the events calendar last week. Furthermore, I see that if you are a new voorstellingto evoegd of 31 July 2015 to 9 August 2015 that the calendar is September 8 turns.August 4, 2015 at 5:09 am #993000Nico
MemberHey Ruud,
Thanks for the follow-up and sorry for the delay on my reply!
I found the broken ‘all listing’ for ‘Jandino Asporaat’ event you point me to, but I couldn’t find any other example to try and see a pattern on this issue.
First please try resetting permalinks in your site – WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes. If this doesn’t solve the problem next will be to troubleshoot a bit further on this by following the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide. Please try that out and let me know about the results.
Additionally can you try to create again the ‘Jandino Asporaat’ to see if this fails with new events also o just existing ones?
I have some backups put back
Can you explain a bit what you did here? Did you revert the plugin update or restore your database?
I see that if you are a new voorstellingto evoegd of 31 July 2015 to 9 August 2015 that the calendar is September 8 turns.
Sorry but I don’t understand what you tell me here 🙁
Please let me know,
Best,
