    Hey Soren,

Thanks for following up on this!

Can you confirm you switched themes and this is still happening? Also that you’ve checked in the parent theme for an override?

Regarding the translations, just create a user account in our translations site and submit the translated strings. You can check the details on this article: Adding or updating a translation.

    Thanks a lot,

    Hey Nikos,

Thanks for taking the time to do this. You really rock!

I imported the file to our translations site and there’s just one string that is untranslated, if you want to complete it you can do here: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/tribe-eddtickets/el/default?filters%5Bstatus%5D=untranslated&sort%5Bby%5D=priority&sort%5Bhow%5D=desc.

    Thanks a lot πŸ™‚

    Hey Shub,

I’ve tried a couple of fixes for this, but unfortunately there’s no easy way of blocking this sync πŸ™

This will not be included in the upcoming release as it was already on QA phase when I logged this, but it’s targeted to the next release. I also linked this thread to the ticket so you’ll get noticed when this is done πŸ™‚

Do you think you can hold on with the -crude- solution you’ve found till this is fixed?

Thanks for you patience on this,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hey Barback,

    Thanks for following up!

Hopefully I found a simple way of avoiding the redirect. Just create a template override of the ‘wootickets/tickets.php’ template and edit the form action parameter. You can comment it out, and it will come back to the same page after adding the ticket:

    <form <?php /*action="<?php echo esc_url( $woocommerce->cart->get_cart_url() ) ?>"*/ ?> class="cart" method="post" enctype='multipart/form-data'>

Or you can change that URL to the products page url and pass a variable to show the user a notice indicating that the ticket was successfully added to the cart, or whatever you see fit best for the site.

Please let me know if this solutions works for you,

    Hey Oliver,

Thanks for doing so, at this point we are not able to reproduce this. But please let me know about your findings as this might be a bug!

    Hi @barback,

Thanks for reaching out to us, interesting question!

Doing some research on our forums, I’ve found a post mentioning a possible workaround for this: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/ajax-add-to-cart-still-required/#dl_post-322544 … Can you take look into it?

Also how are you getting the tickets form in there? Maybe we can try and simulate how WooCommerce is doing so in the products page. Can you point me to the products page in your site?

Please let me know if the solution I pointed out might work for your case,

    Hey Lee,

Glad to hear that worked for you. You can totally do it that way if you know the key name πŸ™‚

I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

    Hey Shub,

Thanks for the clarifying that up! Unfortunately there no easy way to achieve this -no way to filter this technically- so I’ve logged a ticket for this and it will be added to the next release of the plugin.

One way around could be doing something like what Barry suggests in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/regarding-featured-image/

I’ll try to craft a similar snippet for your case, but no sure if this is possible at all.

Thanks for your patience on this,

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our products!

Yes πŸ™‚ If you intend to install the plugin in a single site then a multisite install is not required and you’ll fine with a personal one. Please check out this article covering the different scenarios of licenses for multisite installs: Licenses for multisites.

Please let me know if that answers your question,

    Hey Nick,

Thanks for reaching out to usm and for your interest in our products!

I think the best way to know how are plugin and the theme work together, is to run a quick test. You can install The Events Calendar free version along with theme you purchase in the site and see for your self if they get along well. If that works, I’m mostly sure our premium products should work smoothly with your theme too πŸ™‚

After installing our plugin you can find an option in the back-end to show events with the site’s other posts – it’s locate in WP-Admin > Events > Settings > General > Include events in main blog loop.

Please let me know if this answers your question and if I can help you out with anything else,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hey Carla,

Thanks for reaching out to us about this!

Unfortunately accounts are not transferable at the time πŸ™

I think the best way to work this out is to ask your client to make the purchase and register the products under his name. Once your client finishes the buying process he can send you the site credentials over so you can download the plugins and configure the license keys in their site.

Please let me know if this might work for your case,

    Howdy Kit,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately we do not provide support for third party plugins like The Events Calendar Category Colors. Be sure to check out their FAQ page. Also they seem to be up to date with their support page so you can hit them there.

Regarding category icons feature, that def sounds like a nice thing to have. Would you mind posting it to The Events Calendar user voice page? We collect feedback from our users in there.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
    Best,
    Nico
