ParticipantHi,
I know this Topic was closed, but I am using the eventcalender 3.11.1, and I have exact the same problem. After updating the Plugin last time, the list view dissapeared completly. This was fixed it in the theme. My only problem is now the leading to the wrong date. I guess this time its a problem of the calender plugin? Please help me, and sorry for my english…

MemberHowdy Nina,
Thanks for reaching out, and glad to help you out once again π
I’ve to say I’m not sure about the issue you are having can you describe for me the steps to reproduce this? For example: first go to the calendar in my site (include link), click on ‘this event’ and check it’s going to the wrong URL…
Can you please do that for me? I’ll be happy to help you out, but really not sure about what’s wrong here,
Best,

ParticipantHey Nico,
thx for answering so fast and sorry for being so vague.
on the main page: http://www.tajetgarden.de > on the right hand side in the eventlist > the last event is on the 7th of september: Calligraphy Yoga mit Jan Spicher, > click on it and it shows the date of the 14th of september.
It is a reccuring event once a week….
You know what I mean? What can I do?
Thx for helping

MemberHey Nina,
Thanks for the follow-up! I got it now π
Well this seems rather strange because the event of the 7th is shown in events lists -widget and also in the calendar-, but not in the event series -http://www.tajetgarden.de/event/calligraphy-yoga-mit-jan-spicher/all/- and single view is always being redirected to the following week the 14th.
Can you send me a screenshot of the recurrence settings for that event in the backend? You can use cloudup.com -or other image sharing service– for that.
If everything looks right there, Can you try to re-save the event and check back in the site? Also, Is the site running any cache plugin or some other plugin that might be affecting this?

MemberHey Nina,
Thanks for the follow-up and for sending the screenshoots also. Everything looks to be correct with the recurrence settings!
Can you confirmed you tried re-saving the event to get the recurrence re-generated? Also if you generate a new event with the same recurrence parameters does this also happens?
One thing I noticed is that you have an ‘Article duplicator’ plugin, Did you use it to create this event we are analyzing?
Also, Are you aware of this happening with other events? Any other thing you can think of that might be causing this? Maybe this started happening after a plugin or WordPress update?
Sorry to asks so many questions, but this seems to be pretty random till now!

ParticipantHey Nico,
I asked my client all your questions, because she is setting up the events herself. I will be in an internet free zone for a week, and I come around with the answers hopefully in the first week of september.
So please dont close the topic.
I will be back,

ParticipantHey Nico,
we deleted this Event. It seems to be the single one which was behaving crazy. The renewed Event works fine.
You are probably right and my client was using “duplicate post” what she is not using anymore now. And everything seems to be ok.Thanks a lot for helping and waiting,
Nina-
