MemberHi James,
Thanks for following-up in such a detailed way!
Everything looks fine in both ends -EventBrite and WordPress- so I’m a bit puzzled about what might be happening here. The only difference I see in both events is the timezone: the working event is set to EST while the other is set to EDT. But that shouldn’t be a problem, Can you try to switch that setting anyway?
It’s just this event that’s not working or this is happening with other events as well? If you create a new event does it work? Also have you tried to ‘disconnect’ and ‘reconnect’ the event?
Thanks for your patience on this,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Anthony,
Thanks for the quick follow-up here!
Before we continue can you update the plugins to the latest version just released yesterday? Once you have updated the plugins can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Regarding the system information, everything looks fine on that end. Your should be safe from the bug, but just in case open up the browser console and look for any error’s when re-testing.
Thanks,

MemberHi there @fifteen15studios,
Thanks for reaching out on this, I’ll help you out getting this done. I must say this might not be a good idea as filters on mobile take over the screen, but I’ll leave that to you ๐
To prevent the filters to collapse on resize just add this lines to your functions.php file:
function tribe_prevent_filters_collapse() { ?>
<script type="text/javascript">
jQuery(document).ready(function (){
jQuery(window).resize ( function ( event ){
jQuery('body').removeClass('tribe-filters-closed').addClass('tribe-filters-open');
});
jQuery(window).resize ();
});
</script>
<?php
}
add_action('wp_head', 'tribe_prevent_filters_collapse');
And to hide the ‘Collapse Filters’ button, add this CSS to your stylesheet:
#tribe_events_filters_toggle {
display: none;
}
Please let me know if the snippets get this done,

MemberHi Anthony,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Sorry to hear about this glitch but I’ll help you out getting this right!
I see there’s a known bug, that might be affecting you. Can you please share your system information with me? It seems to affect sites running with PHP 5.2 so checking on that might gives us a clue.
On the settings side of things, have you tried setting the site timezone with city name (Chicago) and with UTC offset (UTC +5). Sometimes this two options throw different results in timezone related issues.
Please let me know about this,

MemberHey Brian,
When I logged this bug the tickets for the maintenance release were already defined and mostly everything was ready for QA. So I guess it was a matter of timing!
We are aware this a bummer, and a fix for this is already being developed. Also as many of you raised awareness on this I bumped the priority of this fix to the higher level.
Thanks a lot for your feedback,
Cheers,
NicoNico

MemberHi James,
Thanks for following up on this, and for sending the system info as well ๐
So just to clarify this is not happening to all imported events, just to some cases. But in both cases everything seems to be fine in the back-end, right?
Can you send me screen shoots of both events -the ones you mentioned in your first private reply- EventBrite settings in the backend? Also if they are public events, Can you share with me the event ID’s so I can take a look in the EventBrite side of things?
From what I see until now I suspect there might be something in the Eventbrite side that’s preventing the tickets to show… Maybe their Sale End Date has passed or something like that, but not sure it’s just a guess.
Hope we can make this right soon,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Zain,
Thanks for reaching out to us and also for your interest in our products ๐
Events Calendar PRO doesn’t provide booking functionality specifically. Our ticketing add-ons allow you to sell tickets for the events but from what you describe that’s already being addressed by the theme itself. Regarding emails, notifications are sent to buyers and you can edit the email template, not sure about attachments but you can link the terms or other useful information for sure.
Events Rocket is a handy plugin that enables a simple RSVP system -among other tweaks- for The Events Calendar, that might cover the ‘Booking’ functionality, but not sure what you need in the backend.
All this said, you can also develop a bit on top of The Events Calendar to achieve custom functionality. While this type of customization would be out of the support scope, we can always help you getting started with that.
Please let me know if this clarifies a bit the panorama,

MemberHey Cliff,
Thanks for hitting the forums, I’ll help you out on this one!
Just add this line to your wp-config file:
define('TRIBE_DISABLE_PUE', true);
Please let me know if this does the trick for you,

MemberHi there Michael,
Welcome back, and don’t be sorry dude! You are always welcome to inquire us about our products ๐
Let’s jump into your questions:
1. I need a Ticketbuttom, to lead the user to our ticketsystempartner http://www.adticket.de.
I see no problem with that, take a look at our Themer’s guide to have an overview of how you can edit the calendar templates.
2. this button must appear in the list view, the event view and if I buy pro in the photo view.
Totally possible.
3. I need a widget that shows a photo, the title, the date and a link to the event, like an event slider.
This article reviews the widgets that come packed with our product: Events Calendar Widgets. If you are new to WordPress, I would recommend using the List Widget, you can add the photo of the event to it easily.There’s event a knowledge base article explaining how to do so: Add thumbnails to upcoming events List Widget. You can create sliders and all sorts of custom displays for events but that would require a bit of custom code from your side.
4. if i buy pro, are the 89,-โฌ for one year or can I use pro unlimited time?
Events Calendar PRO is $89 (us dollars), with that you get the plugin + updates and support for a year. After the year you can renew your license -we generally offer 20% off for renewals-, but if you decide you don’t want to renew the product will continue to work on your site but you won’t have access to further updates or support. Makes sense?
Please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions,
Auf wiedersehen,
NicoNico
MemberHey Tan,
Thanks for reaching out to us, hopefully Google Translator seems to be doing a good job here!
Let me clarify things a bit here. The Events Calendar PRO does not replace The Events Calendar ‘core’. They work together and both plugins need to be at the same version -3.12 is the latest- for everything to work as expected. Pre-existing data in the database shouldn’t be a problem first.
Can you share your system information with me so I can see if this issue is related to a plugin version miss-match? Take a look at this link if you are not sure what I’m referring to: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Hope we can make this right soon,

MemberHowdy Rem,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us.
Let me check if I correctly understand the issue here. You are using a plugin to prevent non-logged in users from viewing the site, but you want to bypass the calendar feed so it can be consumed without being logged?
If this is the case, you might want to search if there’s a way of adding an exception in the plugin that forces the user to be logged in. In the same way you might find this plugins useful: https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-logic/ it let’s you de-active plugins for certain URLs.
Please let me know if any of those tips helps you out,

MemberHi Dan,
Glad to help you out once again ๐
Not sure about what you mentioned about the placeholder messing with the date centering, but I just tried this CSS lines and it seems to work as expected.
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-schedule h3 {
width: 100%;
}
Tested it here: http://www.fedbarchicago.org/event/frcp-amendments-perspectives-from-the-bench-nov-2015/Please let me know if this snippet does the trick,
