MemberHey David,
Thanks for following up with this in such a detailed way 🙂 Also thanks for solving the JS error!
I’ve been trying to reproduce this locally with no luck. Can you share with me your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end? I recall this being a bug in the past but it should be fixed. Is the site using default English language (it seems it does)?
Please let me know about this,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Leslie,
Thanks for following up on this!
Testing this by exporting events from my local site I do get a different result (just one hour offset that can be due to my global Google Calendar settings). Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can make sure this is not a problem a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Please try to generate the .ics export file while under default conditions (no plugins + default theme) and let’s see if there’s anything different from the last time. If this doesn’t solve the issue will give us more information to do a detailed bug report.
Thanks for your patience while we solve this,
NicoNico
MemberHi Dave,
Thanks for confirming this and doing the extra troubleshooting, I appreciate it! I also did some testing on my side and I can confirm this is a bug indeed.
I’ve logged this in our product backlog and although I cannot confirm any dates for this fix to be released I can confirm this will be prioritized as there are some other situations where exclusion fails.
For now -as a workaround- you can delete the individual instances for Saturday and Sunday, after creating the event.
Thanks for the patience while the dev team resolves this,

MemberHey Chris,
Glad to hear you could find a work around for this! I’ve tested this locally and I’m not seeing the ‘stock increase’ with every purchase so not sure why you are seeing it (my tickets are virtual products). This particular issue was logged in as a bug in our product backlog but was declined due to they always referred to manual order fulfillment.
Are you testing this with PayPal sandbox or is it live accepting payments already? If it’s in sandbox mode can you wait until the site is live to perform a small test on this?
Thanks,
NicoNico

MemberHey Tony,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this. I’ll help you getting this right.
Not sure if you just shared a part of the code, or that’s all the code you are putting into the functions.php (sorry if this sounds a bit obvious). If that’s all the code you have in place then take a look to this Knowledge base article on how to rename venues and organizers. If you are aware that this isn’t the complete code, can you share the entire ‘block’ so I cna take a look?
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey Jan,
Thanks for reaching out on this. I’ll help you out troubleshooting this.
First Can you please tell me which language are you using in the site? Is that only un-translated string on the site?
Are you using PRO on this site, right? If you de-activate PRO, Does the string remains untranslated?
Please let me know about these questions,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Mike,
Thanks for your interest in using Events Calendar PRO for your site.
We cannot assure (or support) that our plugin will work with any Theme, as each one is different and their code might play nicely or not with our own code. There are some themes like Avada that offer a deeper integration and styling of our product while others might ensure compatibility without customizing much. Envanto market place might be a good place to start looking for a commercial option, you’ll find some themes specifically state compatibility with our plugin. I would recommend reaching out directly to the theme authors on this before buying.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else,

MemberHi there @kompaevents,
Hopefully there’s a Knowledgebase article describing how to it: Add thumbnails to upcoming events List Widget.
Give it a try and let me know if it works for you,

MemberHey Seth,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you figuring out what’s happening to the menu.
First of all please note that there are some Javascript errors present in the browser console: https://cloudup.com/cNWowSv4o0U. Fixing those will probably make the menu work again.
Please let me know if it does work after fixing the JS errors,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey @Graphic,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll try to help you out on this…
1) Events Cal Pro -> Settings -> Display – There are no styles listed to choose from.
Yeap, there should be a lists of styles. I’m not aware of plugins clearing this options but maybe this is the case. Can you switch the theme to WordPress default TweentyFifteen theme and check that again?
2) … We’d prefer Next and Prev links to be at the bottom of each page (which I believe is your default) …
Yes, having the nav buttons below the lsit is our default config. Again not familiarized with the Enfold theme, but maybe there’s a setting to tweak this? In case they don’t have a setting for this one way to solve this would be to create a child theme with new template overrides for the views.
I recommend you hitting the Enfold guys as well. They might have better answers for your questions. If you have no luck with them I can help you on number 2 anyway.
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHowdy Leslie,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you figuring this issue out…
I’ve made a quick test and you seem to be right on this. The test consisted of importing events to a Google Calendar with New York timezone, and the events where not imported at the same time. How are you testing this on your end?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
