    Hi Justin,

Thanks for reaching out to us, and sorry to hear about your issue. I’ve hear of this in the past and I’m mostly sure this was fixed but I’m not able to find the corresponding ticket in our backlog.

Are you running latest versions of the plugins (4.0)? Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hi Alan,

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products 🙂

I can clearly see your issue, but I’m not able to find whats causing it in a simple scan. What I do see if you have two errors in the browser console related to 404 file generated by some escaping failing, Can you check on that? Maybe it’s generating the display glitch.

Please get back to me when you fix those and I’ll give this another quick look.

    Best,
    Nico

    Hi there Hugues,

Thanks for reaching out and for your words on the update process 🙂 A lot of effort was invested in making this transition work well for the community, we love to hear you appreciated!

    1. Event price is no longer showing on the events list (in list view, in the list below map view or in photo view) – a little box used to appear in the bottom right hand corner of each event image in the list with the price in it.

The list view issue (and I guess this applies to all other views), seems to be an styling issue. Add this code to make to price box how in the upper corner of the event:

    .tribe-events-event-cost {
    bottom: initial!important;
    }

Are you using the latest version of the theme? Have you contacted Enfold on this?

Regarding the price not showing in the tooltip, I guess that’s the default behaviour. You re-call seeing that before the update? I just run a quick test with default theme and just our plugins, and I’m not seeing the price on the tooltip.

    2. Upon testing a ticket purchase the automated email notification to the customer “your order is being processed” is sent out fine BUT the following emails “order completed” and the “ticket” are not being sent to the customer upon me approving the order in the back end (If I manually force it via order action in woocommerce then both those emails do get sent). These worked with the woocommerce tickets plugin.

Sorry to hear about this, not sure what you mean by ‘If I manually force it via order action in WooCommerce then both those emails do get sent’? Can you elaborate a bit on that?

    3. The ticket form which I’d moved with some code in config.php to appear below the title and above the featured image on a single event is back where it is by default.

You are right about this, the code was updated here: Moving the ticket form. You’ll need to change the class name Tribe__Events__Tickets__Woo__Main for the updated one Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__WooCommerce__Main. Then it should work as expected.

Please let me know about all these follow-up questions,

    Hi Matt,

Thanks for reaching out to us, and sorry to hear about this issue!

You can view your previous threads here. Could you track down the original thread? It will help to look for the corresponding bug report if any.

I have just entered some events and they are all appearing one day short. They are entered as all day events and the 3day events show only on 2 days in google calendar and the 2 day events show only as 1 day events.

By this you mean you are exporting the events from your site in ics format and then importing them to Google Calendar?

Have you updated the plugins to the latest version (4.0) if a fix was out it should be included there.

Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hey Mindy,

Thanks for the heads-up and glad to hear it’s sorted! I’m not familiar with how that works inside WooCommerce, but maybe a transient or some sort of caching was generating that glitch.

I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

    Howdy Steve,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us.

I’ve took a look to your site, but I can’t see Filter Bar in there, right? Maybe you deactivated it temporarily?

Do you have an staging site were you can activate it and share the link with me? If an easy CSS snippet fixes the issue I can help you out with it, if there’s no simple solution possible you’ll need to contact Avada Theme Support to report this and see if they got a solution already crafted for that.

Please let me know about it,

    Hi There,

Thanks for reaching out! I can clearly see you issue, and I can reproduce this locally as well.

Please go over this article Show past events in chronological order, there you’ll find a snippet to reverse the order.

Let me know if it works for you,

    Howdy Katja,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll try to help you with those issues…

    1) Is it possible to show on one site all the different events, no doubles?
Just like an overview which differnet events you can join at this place
Now I have the shortcode at the page (http://esche.eu/programm/) there are doubles and some events aren´t shown up.
And is it possible to have a pagination for on that page?

Seems like you are using an Avada shortcode for generating the list, so not sure about how to leave out recurring events or if it’s possible to paginate the results. You’ll to reach out to their support team on these.

    2) Is it also possible to see in the backend just the different events and not alle the recurrent events.

Currently there’s no easy way of doing so. You can install Advanced Post Manager (read more here) to better filter events. You can select different filters, one of those is to not show recurring events.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
    Best,
    Nico

    Douglas,

I could check it out and seem you are right, the body of the event get’s posted even if I input a custom message in the ‘publicize’ field, and also it doesn’t get saved as you show in the screenshot. Can you confirm this is the same you are seeing? I’ve read your issue description a couple of times but I’m not sure if I’m missing anything else.

Have you heard back from JetPack support?

Please let me know about it,
    Best,

    Folks,

We are trying to bulk propose all of our language validators to become Translator Editors. Mostly sure Leah will be contacting you Oliver, but if both want to leave your WordPress.org usernames in a private reply I can propose you to validate strings in German for the The Events Calendar and Event Tickets on .org.

    Thanks a lot,

PS: also, it doesn’t seem to be related with APM. Activating/Deactivating APM wasn’t altering what I get.

    Hi Terri,

Thanks for the patience I’ve been playing around and found that the order issue seems to be within recurring instance of the same event (take a look: https://cloudup.com/c4Q0eT1oU5d). Just logged it as a bug for it to get fixed. Do you think this is what’s affecting your event list? Maybe a different aspect of the same issue?

Please let me know about it,

    Hi folks,

Here’s the temporaty fix Brian found for the issue

Replace the content of this file: wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/iCal.php

    With this:

    https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/d3b3b650ef36c9998635

That should fix the issue, please let me know if it does,
