MemberHi Craig,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
When I try to add a ticket to an events I only have the RSVP option (and it is already checked and you cannot un-check it) Where is the woo commerce option?
From what I see in your system information you have not installed Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, you’ll need both of them for WooCommerce Tickets to work. Take a look at this article for more info on this: Moving to Event Tickets Plus.
Also when we select 20 events to show on the events page it does not show all events. We are using the Divi theme.
Most probably Divi archive settings is causing this as the Event Views are archives. Head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages and change that number to 20 as well.
Please let me know about those,

MemberHowdy William,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us.
We are aware of this issue, I’ve logged it recently as a bug in our product backlog. Unfortunately this was reported after the release tickets were closed π The latest version is 4.0.1 but it doesn’t include a fix for this.
While I have no date when this bug will be fixed, I hope it can make it to the next maintenance release.
I’ll keep you posted,
Best,

MemberHowdy Nick,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll try to help figuring out your questions.
a) Automatic ally identify (or filter) customers who have purchased tickets for a specific event
You can access the Attendees and Order reports to check on this – https://cloudup.com/cIidQwzhrkV.
b) transfer all the tickets to another event? and/or
I don’t think this is possible right now. Maybe you give those users a coupon for a free ticket so they can book another event?
c) refund the tickets in one go either via Stripe/Sage
Refunds are issue by the E-Commerce platform you are using to generate the tickets. So the process might be different in the different platforms. If you are using WooCommerce, you can check out this article: WooCommerce Refunds, I’m aware it’s possible to issue ‘partial refunds’ in Woo.
Basically you’ll need to check this in the docs of the e-commerce platform you use.d) export all the emails of the customers so they can be bulk mailed using mailchimp so they can be informed of any changes etc
You can do so with the ‘Export’ button in the Attendees report page. See my answer to question ‘a’.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHi Amazing,
Thanks for reahcing out and sorryt o hear about your issue with WPML π
First of all have you gone through the article Setting up The Events Calendar with WMPL, and follow the configuration recommended there?
Also Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. Did you noticed this after upgrading to 4.0?
Please let me know about this,

MemberHi Nico,
We only provide support via this forum, we do not provide technical support over email (just purchase support, license issues, and other administrative related support). We are also not able to login into client sites nor receive site credentials (you can review our support policy here).
We don’t take on these kinds of customization projects ourselves. However, we do have a list of folks who might be able to help out with some development on your site. Hopefully that list will help you find someone to work on your site.
Please let me know about this,

MemberHey Oliver,
Thanks for sending that over, we will surely take some days to gather other validator data to bulk propose you all in the same request.
Do you think I can close this ticket for now? Hans do you want to join as language validator on WP.org for the German translations, if you want to send me over your WP.org username in a private reply. if you are not up to it there’s no problem!

MemberHey Katja,
Thanks for following up on this!
So how would you resolve the problem no.1 without using an Avada shortcode?
I’m not saying it’s a bad solution but for sure limited as our list shortcode would be as well. I guess the best way to solve this is to craft a custom query (using WP_QUERY or tribe_get_events function). Instances of recurring events have the post_parent field set to the main recurrence event, you can use post_parent = 0 in the query to avoid selecting them. If you are interested in adding pagination, that’s possible with some custom code as well.
Please let me know about this,

MemberThanks for following up and sorry to hear that the fix is not working for you π
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? I see you have tested this with no other plugins active, but can you deactive the theme as well, and in defaults conditions add the snippet I’ve sent you in my previous reply?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHey Terri,
Thanks for your follow-up!
I think my current situation is clouded by the fact that non-recurring events are showing up as recurring events β which you said will be fixed in the next release.
Indeed, I see there has been progress on the fix and it’s ready for QA. I have no specific dates on when this will be out but hopefully it’s soon.
Regarding the order bug I’ve added it to the backlog but I’m not sure when will be seeing it ready.
Do you think I can close this ticket or is there anything else I can do for you here?
Have a great weekend,
NicoNico
MemberHey Matt,
Thanks for the past thread link. Yesterday 4.0.1 maintenance release was out, including a fix for the multi-day all-day conflict with end of day time. Can you update the plugin and re-test? If it doesn’t work right away can you test it on a new calendar?
Please let me know about it,

MemberThanks for confirming this! I’ve logged a new bug ticket in our system to address this, including all the information here and also your last message indicating the JetPack support offer.
Most probably next step will be to contact them and see what’s making this issue happen.
I’ll keep you posted on this,

MemberHi Heinrich,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately Ticket are not supported for recurring events right now.
One work around in your case can be to “break the events” from the recurrence pattern into individual events (https://cloudup.com/ch-l_AhYYfT), and then add tickets for each one. The downside is they will not be part of the series anymore, that depends more on the particular situation.
Do you think this can work for you?
Best,
