MemberHey @toursbiz,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products !
Can i create an event for every webpage on my avada theme?
I’m afraid I don’t get what you mean by this. If you have an existing site, maybe you can link me to it and clarify a bit on this?
Basically our calendar let’s you add events (which you can link to webpages in your site) with specific date (which can be recurrent -every week fro example- in Events Calendar PRO). You can add widgets to the site sidebar to show a list of events, filtered by category or tags if necessary.
An easy way of checking out the plugin basic functionality is to download The Events Calendar core/free version and install it on your site to play around with the features.
Please let me know about my follow-up questions so I can better help you,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Colin,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our products!
Events in our calendar are ordered by date in all views, you could easily add some visual distinction to events in a given Event Category or to events with an specific tag. Events Calendar PRO comes packed with some widgets that let you display event listings in the site sidebar filtered by Event Category or tags.
Regarding highlighting events in the search results, that’s somethings you’ll need to custom code. Not sure what you are looking for but I guess it’s a simple customization. Take a look to our themer’s guide to see how templates can be overwritten.
Please let me know if this answers your questions or you still need help with it,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHi there Yvan,
Thanks for reaching out to us, and for your interest in our products! I’ll help you decide if our plugins are the right solution for your site…
Integration with Buddypress
Currently we do not have any special integration with BuddyPress. Can you elaborate a bit more on what you are looking to achieve? Maybe those are possible via simple customizations.
Ability for users to create/edit their events from the front end
Our premium add-on Community Events enables your users to submit/edit events from the front-end of the site. Be sure to check out the products page for full features description! All the fields you specified are covered, not sure about “Custom attributes (that will eventually let users filter events)”, What would that be?
Ability for user to join/book specific events
Event Tickets (free add-on) adds an RSVP feature for events. If you need to sell tickets for events, you’ll need to upgrade to Event Tickets Plus.
Ability for user to visualize all events on a map and filter by custom attributes, date, time, location, etc
Events Calendar PRO comes packed with a Map View, which combined with Filter Bar add-on will get you what you need. Take a look at an example of this on our demo site.
Email alert, reminders, etc
Emails are sent only when users buy tickets for events. We do not have any other email alerts.
Ability for users to add events to their calendar
Folks can add events to their Google Calendar or export to iCal, wich will work for any calendar software supporting ics format (https://cloudup.com/cWyo5-sXxVN).
Web responsive UI
You are covered here, our plugins are fully responsive 😉
Ability for users to comment on a specific event
Sure, you can enable default WordPress comments form for events.
As your website functionality seems to be rather complex, I suggest you buy the plugins to set up a test site. We have a 30 day refund policy, so you’ll have a month to test the plugins functionality and if you feel it’s not what you need for the project you can ask for a full refund on your purchase.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
Have a great weekend,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Julie,
Thanks for reaching out and glad to hear you client is willing to upgrade to our premium products 🙂
Regarding your question, you’ll need to buy both add-ons: Events Calendar PRO fro recurring events and Community Events for front-end event submission. Be sure to check the product pages for full features info!
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else,
Have a great weekend,
NicoNico
MemberHi Cheryl,
Thanks for reaching out and also for your interest in our products 🙂
I assume you are calling ‘members’ to users that are logged in into the site, if that’s the case then it’s possible to achieve this customizing the plugin views a bit. Per default you can add both ticket types (member and non-member), but to show one ticket or the other to logged in / not logged in users would require some custom code. Basically you can edit the ‘tickets form’ to display the tickets containing ‘Member’ word in it just to logged in users. We have a themer’s guide which outlines the process of creating template overrides, but of course we will be able to help you with it in the support forums!
Please let me know if this answers your questions, and if there’s anything else I cna help you with,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHey Shaun,
Thanks for reaching out on this, and please don’t panic! I’m here to help 🙂
Please let me know what you expect the breadcrumb to show for each view and I’ll adjust the tribe_breadcrumbs function to show that. Note view + desired result (linked or not).
For example:
– Main Calendar: Site Name (linked).
– Single Event: Site Name (linked) > Calendar (linked) > Event Category (linked) > Event Name (not linked).
…Thanks,

MemberHi there @yasirmturk,
Thanks for reaching out! I’ll help you here.
Basically they are not available ‘by design’, I mean on purpose. In fact they are not a feature of PRO either.
I’m mostly sure this can be modified (add the taxonomies to the post types), Are you interested in achieving this? I can investigate further and if possible craft a snippet to do so.
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi Valu,
Thanks so much for the report! I’ll help you here…
I see you marked that you de-activated all other plugins and tested this with default (as our testing for conflicts guide indicates), Can you confirm this is happening in those conditions? Also it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Once I got your confirmation I’ll take a close look at the issue and let you know if it’s indeed a valid bug. In which case I’ll create a report and it will get fixed in future releases. It will take some time for the fix to be out but maybe we can find a workaround/patch to make this work for now.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico

MemberHey David,
Thanks for reaching out! Interesting request here, I’ll help you getting it done 🙂
Before I craft the snippet please confirm if you are talking about mobile month view (https://cloudup.com/cV6_CUVhc7G)… If that’s the case, I can craft a little JS snippet to achieve this.
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberThanks for sending the info over!
So you’ll need to add the class kleo-show-login to the ‘Add Event‘ menu item in the menu, check how to do so here: How to Add a Custom Class to a WordPress Menu Item. You’ll need to do so for all links to ‘Add Event‘ not just to the one in the menu.
Not sure if the login pop-up will auto redirect the users to the link URL (don’t seem to be the case from what they state in their documentation) or you’ll need to add a login_redirect filter for that.
Regarding peeps accessing the ‘Add Event’ URL directly, maybe we can add a script in the add event template to trigger the click event of the Add Event menu link. Please let me know if you can add the pop-up login class to the button in the menu, if that works we can go ahead and edit the add/edit event template!
Please let me know about it,
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey Peter,
Sorry to hear about this! Can you confirm that the calendar she is trying to import to are set with the correct timezone? If that’s the case please confirm that the site is using the UTC offset named timezone and I’ll run some test to see if this is a new bug (or an aspect of the bug that was originally affecting the site) indeed.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
