MemberHi Ben,
Thanks for reaching out! Interesting question here, I’ll help you customizing this…
What can be done it to alter list view query to just show events for the next 7 days. Creating a new view (I’m not sure if this is your intention) is something different what would require more work and more complexity.
Can you please confirm that altering the query for list view would be a good solution for your project?
Thanks,
NicoNico

MemberHi there @gpeery,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this error. Let’s see how can we solve it…
Regarding the test for conflicts it’s an important step for us to see if there are conflicts with other plugins or with the theme itself. Let’s try to avoid this check for now if it’s a trouble to do so in your site.
I can see in your systema information that you have still not updated Event Tickets Plus to version 4.1 but you did so with Event Tickets, The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO. The version mismatch might be part of the issue. Can you try updating Event Tickets Plus by going into WP-Admin > Dashboard > Updates? If this doesn’t work you can always perform a manual update of the plugins?
Please let me know if this is still an issue after the update,

Thanks for reaching out on this! I’ll help you with it…
When an event is updated when the re-occurring import runs, the event in WordPress should be updated. Is this not happening for you?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHola,
Saludos,

MemberHi Riccardo,
Thanks for following up with this. What you describe sounds like a pretty good work around to get this working. Unfortunately we are not able to craft this customization for you, doing that would be out of the scope of the support we provide. If you are up to giving the cutomization a try, I can point you in the right direction. You might find this article about Customising WooCommerce notification emails with hooks and filters interesting to read as a start point.
Please let me know if you want to give this a try so I can point you in the right direction,

MemberHi Ernst,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the hassle setting up global stock!
Actually this is meant to be a lot simpler, take a look at this overview of making tickets & global stock. I think you might be missing to set the Global stock mode for each ticket in the event config: https://cloudup.com/cMlMsChj8aJ
There’s nothing you should set from the Woo/Product side. Can you please try to create a sample event with new tickets to test this?
Please let me know about it,
Thanks,

MemberHey Jenna,
Thanks for following up! If the users have to create an account on the site, they will be assigned an unique id in the database.
You can see the assigned user ID in the URL when you edit the user (https://cloudup.com/c_bqtBg-4UD), also if you export a list of them it will be present. You can also try out this plugin, to see if the ID gets included in the CSV export.
Please let me know if that works for you,

MemberHi there Justin,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll help you here…
There’s actually no setting to add this to the events search bar. I guess this is possible with some custom work on the search bar to add the field and then modifying the events query to add that parameter. Unfortunately crafting this type of customizations is out of the scope of the support we can provide. If you feel like giving this a try I can totally point you in the right direction and give you an overview of how I would do this.
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Todd,
Thanks for reaching out! Let me say your question is actually pretty interesting and something our users usually ask about.
We are looking forward to add new shortcodes for events views. This will allow main event views to be embedded in pages just like widgets. This is slated to be included in the upcoming release 4.2 (this is the actual roadmap but it might change along the way). Unfortunately, at the time there’s no easy way of doing so 🙁
For now I would recommend the widget approach. You can create a template override of the widget views to add more info, a features image, and of course customize the look & feel. Do you think this might work for now?
If so these links might help you out:
- Configuring the list widget
- Add event content to an event widget
- Add thumbnails to upcoming events in list widget
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi Liza,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I can help you here…
Th day view by default will show you the events for the day, so if there are no events outside your regular schedule (8am-6pm) I’m not sure what you are looking to achieve.
Can you elaborate a bit more and maybe share a link where I can see this in the site?
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey Brian,
Thanks for reaching out on this! We currently don’t have plans to include this functionality in the short term. This feature request is actually on The Events Calendar user voice page, you can go in there and add up-vote the feature request. You can also comment why you would like to have that feature and how do you imagine it working.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
Thanks,
