Hi, I am getting confused with the global stock setting in Event Tickets Plus using Woocommerce.
I set up my “event” and added my tickets. I have 10 ticket options. I enable the global stock option and set that to 8. What I want to accomplish is to have these 10 different ticket types but only 8 available spots. Currently I can add as many tickets as I want and it goes to the cart.
I have enabled Stock Management in Woocommerce
There are the following options available:
– On Event: Enable global stock (I enabled this option)
– On Event: Specify Global stock level (I specified this as 8)
On Product page:
– Enable global stock checkbox from Tickets Plus plugin
– Global stock level from Ticket plugin
From Woocommerce stock settings on Product page:
– Inventory tab: Manage stock tick box to enable stock management at product level (Should this be activated? )
– Inventory tab if above is activated: Stock qty. (Should this be set? )
I tried permutations of all options above and cannot get it right. With the result that I am very confused at the moment.
Which should be activated? Should I even be trying to edit the Woocommerce product that is created for each ticket option??
What am I doing wrong?
