    Hi!

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. To clarify you were hoping to get the wpshindig navigation “Calendar”, “Add Your Event”, … style when you purchased Events Calendar PRO, is that correct?

I’m sorry but the navigation is part of the theme styling and isn’t part of the calendar or add-on plugins. If you want to ave a similar navigation for your site you could inspect the wpshindig’s css and see how to setup a similar look and feel or you could go to the wordpress.org theme directory and find similar themes to base your site off of.

Hope this information answers your question.

    Hi:

Thanks for reaching out to us with your question. The .ics download file contains the events listed on the calendar’s current view. If you are on Month view the .ics contains all events for that Month, Single Event would contain only that event.

By default there is no download that will give you all Events created.

Does this answer your question? Is there a particular download link you were looking at?

    Hi!

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us with your question. Simply put Yes. The WooCommerce Tickets plug-in requires that your site also have WooCommerce installed. You do not need to have Events Calendar PRO to use WooCommerce Tickets having only The Events Calendar  works for any of the add-on plugins.

Please let me know if this answers your question or if you have any follow ups.

    Hi!

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I am doing some follow-up with teammates and the information found in the following support thread should be similar to what you are looking for but instead of ‘day’ it should use ‘list’. I haven’t confirmed if this causes next/previous buttons to have issue.

I’m going to run some tests on this tomorrow and will get back to you with my findings.

Again sorry for the delay and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us.

<p>Hi Zed!</p><p>Thanks for your help! I’m pushing this information to the rest of the support crew so that we don’t loose site of the issue. I’m also going to put a ticket into our tracker to see if we can update the code base to play nice with modified role names.<br /><br />To answer your question you should be able to use the plugin with the custom role name by adding the capabilities to the role in your themes functions.php (sample gist). Or you could modify the addCapabilites function in the plugin’s lib/the-events-calendar.class.php file.</p><p>Please let me know if the above works for you and again thank you for pointing out this conflict!</p><p>- Matthew</p>

    Hi Again!

I wanted to follow-up as I have run a few tests with our Eventbrite Tickets plug-in and am getting different results than you outline. To confirm the issue you are facing is that when you update an Event in Eventbrite (modify ticket pricing) it doesn’t get reflected in your WordPress website. correct?

I ran through the above scenario using the following steps and wasn’t able to replicate your issue. In my case Any time I add a new Ticket or modify an existing ticket it is correctly being reflected in my WordPress site. Can you confirm if you are doing anything differently?  If not are there other plugins you are running on your site?

    1. <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>Create new Event on Eventbrite with 1 ticket cost $20</span>
    2. Import the Event using Eventbrite Tickets import functionality
    3. Publish Event in WordPress site without any further modifications.
Leave this event associated with eventbrite.com? option is marked Yes
    4. View Event in WordPress – see ticket details cost is as expected plus fee
    5. In Eventbrite admin modify Ticket cost to $25
    6. View Event in WordPress – see ticket details cost is $25 plus fee
    7. In Eventbrite add new Ticket cost free
    8. View Event in WordPress – see new ticket details cost is 0 and previous ticket
    9. Edit Event – see Ticket options in admin screen

I am using theme Twenty Fourteen with only The Events Calendar  and Eventbrite Tickets to run these tests.  Can you please let me know if there are other steps you are performing beyond those I outline above? If not can you confirm that when you deactivate all other plugins this issue persists?

Thank you in advance for your help investigating this issue.

Hi, I see this thread was marked as answered. As such I am going to close it out. If you have any additional questions on the various ticket add-ons that we offer for The Events Calendar please let us know.

    Thank you,

    – Matthew

    Hi!

I’m sorry that applying style on the class didn’t work for you. Have you tried applying the height parameter on the list? .tribe-events-adv-list-widget ol. Also can you share with me a page of the website (http://dev.mlfa.org/)? where you are using the widget? I did a quick glance and didn’t see it. Looking at the widget in context should allow me answer your question better.

    Thanks for your patience,

    – Matthew

    Hi:

My apologies in taking so long to respond to your query. I want to let you know that we are actively looking into this issue and I should have an update for you shortly. Thanks for your patience.

    – Matthew

    Hi Zed!

Thanks for your patience as we look into this. I have been discussing this issue with several of my co-workers and our issue is that we can’t replicate this behavior in our local environments. To diagnose the problem we first need to identify where the conflict is occurring. I’m going to install the theme you mentioned earlier and try a few more scenarios.

Thanks again for your patience and I hope to have an update for you soon.

in reply to: Showing "Page Not Found" in title of the page. #312650

    Hi!

I’m sorry it took us so long to respond to your query. I just accessed the link you shared above and I get the title of the page as “Events » Asheville Neighborhood Buncombe County News”

Can you please confirm if you resolved the issue? If not can you elaborate where you are getting the “Page Not Found”?

    Thank you,

    – Matthew

in reply to: Failed to parse time string error :( #312611

    Hi!

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us with the problem you are facing. To fully help resolve the issue I’d appreciate your help on a few details.

    1) can you give me the specific Event you are trying to import?

    2) confirm that you are using the latest 3.6 version of the Facebook Import plugin.

With the above I can perform the import on my local site and hopefully replicate your issue.

    Thank you,

    – Matthew

in reply to: Events widget shows page content… #312574

    Hi!

My apologies for taking so long to reply. If possible can you verify for me that you only have The Events Calendar activated and aren’t using Events Calendar PRO? and that you are talking about the Events List widget?

If so you may want to look into if the website’s current theme is modifying the $wp_query object. In the widget we use the object to construct our query for the events to display and your theme may be conflicting with our widget’s logic.

I hope this gives you a place to start! If my understanding is incorrect please let me know and we can investigate further.

    Thank you,

    – Matthew
